I’m pretty much a regular client, and I think this store is fantastic, but I feel like the staff has to show a bit more consideration for those customers who request vegetarian meals, as I once found chicken chunks in my vegetarian bowl. Being a vegetarian, I had to throw away the meal, which made me feel awful. Just direct them and let them know to be careful when preparing food for vegetarians. Additionally, tell your cleaning crew to maintain the restaurant tidy.

We were very disappointed in our experience on 4/8. The store was filthy, the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in days. When we arrived, there was a sample cup of half eaten chicken al pastor sitting in the straw waste basket, it was removed before I got the picture. Still, the area was pretty disgusting to be housing utensils that people use to eat with. The food was cold, chicken was old. I asked for extra cheese and was given so much, that’s literally all I could taste. We were charged for large chips without being asked and the bag was not even filled to the first natural fold line. Queso was orange. Employees cared more about socializing than the food. Cashier was beyond rude. Music was turned way up and down in volume (employees were playing with it) while we were trying to eat and talk, so loud that we could not hear each other sitting across from each other. We were there for about 45 minutes and instead of cleaning the clearly disgusting store, employees chit chatted, danced, threw up gang signs with their hands. We drive about 45 minutes to visit this location but will NOT be doing so anymore!

Good food and friendly staff. Super dirty. Staff didn’t clean the prep bar and drug our bowls through food (lots of it) that had been slopped on the prep space. I asked cashier to wipe the food off my bowl and he went for a dirty bar towel. I had to go get him napkins because there were none behind the counter. I had to walk around a spilled bowl on the dining room floor on my way out. I’ll not return to this store.

The order accuracy and quality at this location has decreased significantly recently. Tonight was just another nail in the coffin. Both of the carnitas bowls were half the portion of a normal bowl. One bowl didn’t even have meat on it. Additionally, the “large” bag of chips was only slightly larger than the regular bag. All of this and I still had to pay full price.

I tried here 3 to 4 times every time; the food was not fresh. We moved from Cary there, the food was new, and the staff was amiable, but it’s not the case here for some reason. I had to throw away the food which I hated; the chicken was like a hard rubber

Me and my companion went last night to get food. We’ve went through a lot during the last few months in the hospital and she wanted to celebrate by eating chipotle and when we walked in immediately all the staff here was laughing, talking bad about her appearance amongst themselves and that was really rude. You don’t know what others go through and for customer service that was really low.
