Rude, inflexible manager. I came here for a quick quesadilla straight from the hospital after my daughter was born barely functioning on 2 hours of sleep, and the store was empty with zero online orders. When I tried to order a quesadilla, the manager rudely snapped at me that it was impossible to order in the store and only available online.

Yuck. The Queso tasted like fluffy Styrofoam. As did everything else. Crunchy rice. Burnt chicken was the only “flavor” this bowl had. I feel sick. Honestly. Place was dirty. Won’t go back .

I worked at Chipotle, I had the handlebar mustache, the GM knew I had an injured back and acromio clavicular separation and bad hearing. On the 24th. of March 2023 my ACL was acting bad and I needed to rest my body and Arsha immediately fired me and struck me on my back and it’s on camera but the GM suddenly said the cameras were not working… what a coincidence because every time something happened in the lobby the cameras worked but now that Arsha struck me behind my back now they don’t work!?

The young man with the handlebar mustache aka Peter was struck behind his back by Arsha and she even flinched and apologized when she struck him behind his back. Another black girl said that she was a cop and that she would vouch for Arsha just because they both were black women. Peter was struck behind his back by Arsha and he did not deserve for Arsha to yell twenty times behind his back “get out!?” Peter was making his way out but there was twenty customers getting their drinks, napkins, etc… Peter told Arsha that he couldn’t and wouldn’t push customers out of the way, Peter was honorable and respectful and did not deserve to be struck from behind or in general.

Terrible quality of service- burrito was also poorly wrapped and immediately fell apart in the foil and employee did nothing and continued to wrap it. Service here is always super low quality- workers here don’t care. Once had an employee wearing headphones while serving (which usually is fine) but proceeded to not hear the customers and gave incorrect ingredients.

I hate to post this because I’ve eaten here about once a week for the past year and a half, but I had a TERRIBLE customer service experience here today. The rice in our bowls was so salty we literally couldn’t eat it and heard other tables complaining about the same thing. I told this to the cashier, who told this to someone on the line who said “what’s he complaining about? What about the rice” she then proceeded to tell this to who I presumed was the manager and a couple minutes of waiting later with nothing but dirty looks from the staff I just decided to leave. I won’t be back.

Ordered a sofritas bowl with guacamole and a hard shell taco. Guacamole was missing even though I paid an extra $3 for it and got a soft taco instead of hard shell. Also, customer service was terrible. The mobile orders weren’t placed on the mobile order rack so I went up to the cashier area where I saw a few to go bags. I was about the check the name on the first bag when I was yelled at by an employee who said “ma’am don’t touch it!” over and over again. I wasn’t touching anything… what an odd way to speak to a customer. Turns out that first bag was my order anyway
