The guy seeing was rude, impersonable, and obviously unable to try and fix issues.. it was before 9 pm, and I ordered a burrito and 3 tacos he mumbled no tacos.. i let that slide even though you literally sell, like what 10 things that basically take the same ingredients, just sizing of a tortilla…. then we started he asked if I wanted black or the other beans. I said black, and he said no black beans.. so he likes to drop the spoon as if I wasted his time.. then I asked for Barbados. He grabbed tongs and got 1 very small pinch of meat and moved on.. this the smallest burrito I have ever ordered from Chipotle… I may never go back again what a waste of money. Now when I got to the register the young lady was very friendly and provided good service.

This place is disgusting!!! The staff is rude. The size portions barely fill the bowl. When you try and tell them they just pile on lettuce and shredded cheese on top of everything. They had no napkins no lids. The Ice empty in the soda machine. The trash cans were overflowing. The starbucks on the other side of the building has traffic so bad you cant park mid day. Who ever owns this franchise ought to be ashamed as this Chipotle is always like this and always out of food hours before close.

I tried the app the first time, not somewhere I can go often since I live 45 minutes away. I tried the new chicken, It is advertised as spicy/ with pineapple. It was ok, not spicy at 6 if it had fresh pineapple in it, there was none in flavoring. Was kind of bland. As to app , the speed of the service is awesome. Place was very busy, all the drink tanks were almost empty, needed some cleaning in the dining room (broom/ dustpan) I’m assuming as busy as they were middle of afternoon on a Sunday it must have been shortage on labor. That is not the norm for this location. I think the next time I eat there I will stick with the normal food items. THE chips and guacamole were good I thought large guacamole was bigger. But oh well

Overall, it’s pretty good. It was a decently busy moment when I went in. But the girl that took my order didn’t listen at all about the guacamole on one of the bowls. I just scopped it out, but it would have been better if she had just listened.

Good food but nasty dining area tables and floors are absolutely disgusting. And one of the staff was super rude because I grabbed napkins from beside the counter instead of fountain bar. Also 3 of their 6 trash cans were overflowing. Girls bathroom wasn’t too bad but there were no signs indicating where they were.

This is the dirtiest restaurant in Morgantown. Food all over counter and workers putting customers food on top instead of wiping off the counters. Eat in area looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in days. Good on tables, chairs floors. Does corporate not provide brooms or wash cloths to clean up? Does no one care have your store looks? Went to eat there at 9:15pm, there was no one in the restaurant and they still couldn’t find time to clean up. One worker took her break and sat down to eat. She had to pick up a Tabasco bottle that was laying on its side and empty before she could sit down. The trash cans were over flowing so much I sat my trash on the shelf above the cans. Does the manager or distrust manager not care about how their store looks? I’m surprised health dept hasn’t shut u down based on your appearance tonight. Absolutely pathetic!

I really enjoy Chipotle. The lady who made my steak bowl, made it exactly the way I asked and I’m picky. I was there on a Tuesday around 1:15/1:30 so not a busy time. My only complaint is that there were a lot of workers standing around and not at any point did I see them wiping off tables or common areas when some really needed to be wiped off.

The food here is Ok. I unfortunately was not as impressed as I thought I would be from other reviews. They just don’t have the variety of toppings that I’m used to at this kind of restaurant. The staff wasn’t very helpful when I told them it was my first time there either. My burrito bowl was fine but not really good or great. I can get better selection, food, and service for the same price at other local and close options.
