Every single time I order door dash my order is messed up. This time they put the queso but not the chips. The steak seemed burnt. Last time they put beans and I didn’t want beans. They also added a meat I didn’t want. But I won’t give 1 star because they are new and still learning. Also because I’m not there to watch them make my food. Food tastes okay.

Got our order totally wrong. Ridiculous mistakes. Burrito was missing lettuce, sour cream, and beans and they put hot salsa in it when none was ordered??? Stupid. Didn’t put my tomato salsa in my bowl or extra rice I ordered. Never going here again lazy mistakes.

Never had Chipotle before. The Cons: The food was cold..gross cold. The sides are also very small. Got two kids meals and the forgot the fruit in one. The one they remembered was literally a small (cutie) orange.

Absolutely horrible. We almost turned around and walked out as soon as we came in. We should have. First thing we saw was the trash overflowing with food spilled all around the top. Then, saw the fountain drink area was a mess with fluids spilled on the counter. Then as we walked towards the order area there was not one clean table to sit at and the floor was in need of a good sweep. But even seeing all that we still ordered and found the “cleanest” table we could to sit. As we ate, we watched an employee walk over and stick her bare hand in the trash and push it down!! Then she walked over to the fountain drink area and wipe the fluids off with her other hand!! If I hadn’t heard her say she was washing her hands before going back to handle food I would have left right then and there! I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like! Don’t waste your time!! Will never go again!!

They gave me someone else’s order through the drive thru. The bag had my name on it but the actual food didn’t belong to me. I just saw the tag on the bag and saw it was mine and didn’t find out until I got home.

Great service and great food! I went in on 12/5 and the employees were so kind! The service was very quick considering they’re a newly opened location! Will definitely be returning! PS- it’s the holiday season and they’re a new location, so it’s going to be busy. Don’t be a jerk to service workers.
