Terrible service. Corporate must not care about this based from all of the negative feedback. 8/30/23. Do you know what it’s like to keep my mouth shut to a worker preparing my food saying “I wish we would close at 9pm” when 3 teenagers came in just looking for food. So disappointed in management here. Also they ran out of lettuce at 8:30pm and had to give me taco lettuce. I don’t know which is worse, not having lettuce or choosing to be a lowlife and not restock it.

Came for Father’s Day, we didn’t have a long wait to order our food but I felt the service was lacking. The employees weren’t very informative or welcoming. Since I don’t go to chipotle often, I felt a little lost and rushed when it came to ordering along the line.

Don’t let the long lines fool you. The manager at Chipotle Danville, Virginia, runs a tight ship. The food is top notch delicious, and the line moves super fast. Everyone who works there seems to have a great and friendly personality, and they ensure everyone get exactly what they ordered in a timely fashion!

It amazes me when I see how lazy workers are today. They don’t seem to understand that customer service and courtesy keep you business. Going to a place that’s known for their special chips and the workers saying we’re not making anymore tonight is like McDonald’s saying we’re not dropping anymore fries. It took one worker 5 minutes to make a burrito. Slow, nonchalant, and disponded employees that basically feel like they need me more than I need this job. I guess it’s slim pickens for good workers.

Please stay away! This was the worst experience for fast food that we have had (3/26, 8pm). The workers seemed exhausted and unprepared. Poor management? Most products were out of stock. Extremely hot and a long wait. If you could record a bad restaurant experience, this would have been it. I wish the owner/manager could have been a customer.

When y’all first opened, food was great now with all these young kids, and their attitudes make it very poor. I went tonight to get supper, and the young lady waiting on me had the shittys attitudes when she first walked up. I had already spoken to her, and she hollered at me. The lady behind me was like, “What the hell. She looked like she was mad at the world. If I ever go back in there and she’s there, I will probably leave because she will not treat me like that again.
