I usually go to the Wards Road or Timberlake locations but this one was closer to my job on today. Placed an online order for a chicken burrito bowl and it’s by far the skimpiest one I’ve ever had. I doubt if it has 2oz of chicken on it and a sprinkle of cheese.

My wife and I go to Chipotle. Roughly once a week and this location has been consistently the worst. It’s the closest to us but they are always out of ingredients. Today they were put of steak, lettuce, sour cream, Pico, veggies…once every now and then is understandable. At least %75 of the time they are missing ingredients and to be out of that many ingredients all at once is crazy

No beef with Chipotle! The staff will engage you the moment you enter. The food was honestly presented and other than a layer of semi-cooked rice, was very good. I requested another burrito with fresh rice and they were happy to fix another. When asked about their allergy policy, the employee stated that the first step is to replace the serving spoons. This is definitely a step in their process that would allow cross contamination, good call. Next, only one person would prepare that meal and if necessary the ingredients would come straight from the stove or refrigerator. I observed appropriate glove usage, hand washing, meat fully cooked and checked with a probe thermometer. When necessary, single use spoons were uses to taste food and monitor quality. A fire extinguisher was mounted in the dining area along with the restaurant capacity and wet floor signs were safely tucked under the drink area. The safety culture was robust! Although it was 2:30pm most of the tables still had food or beverage residue on them. Overall I had no beef with this Chipotle!

Went here on a whim. Waited almost 20 minutes in line just to get the dried out steak at the bottom of the bucket. Legit she dumped the tray onto my bowl and barely had 1 scoop total. I’ll definitely go across town for a better experience.

My food was good, but when I went inside to pick it up, there was a pet bird inside. Someone had brought in a bird in a cage, and employees were reaching inside to pet it. I don’t think employees should be handling birds while working.

I came in and approached the counter to order, there were 2 employees doing prep and 1 making online orders. I stood there for over 5 minutes just watching them work, no one stopped what they were doing to help. I walked out and the customers behind me had to ask an employee to come over and help them. Horrible customer service

I ordered 2 large cups of queso and this is what I got. They legit gave me 2 half cups. I had it delivered to my job and had already paid so it’s not like I could have it fixed. They may as well have just given me 1 full cup and called it a day.
