I overall really like this Chipotle. I live closer to the Main St location, but prefer the food and service at this one. Everyone who works there has been really kind and helpful, and I have no complaints regarding service. I will say that it feels like corporate is not doing enough to support this busy location. They’re often understaffed, which is a problem everywhere, but more often than not they run out of lots of items. It would be great if the employees were treated better so that they could hire more people.

Most restaurants have had a large drop in service, but IMHO, none more than Chipotle. This particular location is horrible. In my most recent visit every available table was dirty, they are out of white rice, cheese, guacamole, and ice. The soda is flat, all the juices are empty, and no one seems to notice. The main issue is there is no one in charge to provide direction. It is such a shame to witness.

My Oma moves faster than these people. The employees at this location look dead inside. None of them smiled even once. Was third in line and 30 min later got my food. Guac was frozen… yuck. Rice clumpy… peppers barely cooked. Bring on the AI workers because this was trash.

NEVER GO HERE IN THE MORNING!!! I was standing at the restaurant for over 15 minutes around 10:45 AM, only for an employee to tell me that they weren’t serving in person orders until noon. This is baffling, as they clearly had the staffing for it, and there was no signage posted indicating that. As someone with sensory processing issues, this is not something I am equipped to easily handle, and I ended up having a severe panic attack as a result of this incident. I love chipotle, but from now on, I will be taking by business to the other location in Blacksburg. So frustrated and disappointed!!!

Staff has that idc attitude the day before. We also went in around 10pm, and they were already cleaning up, food away, and they didn’t close until 11. I get it that it’s late. But us 2nd shift folk just trying to get a bite.

Prices are a bit on the higher side. I really enjoy their bowls and queso. This location is often out of items and even at one point they were only accepting online orders. Wait for online orders has been long at times. Ordering there is usually efficient. Great restaurant for healthier fast food options.

Usually this place is awesome… the best one to go to. But my latest visit (2/2) was upsetting. No tables were clean, straw wrappers and food on the floor, food behind the glass at serving was all over the place… employees working that night were subpar. 3 people came in at 845 pm and one employee legit said “where did all these people come from, going to need some of you to leave”. Employee probably didn’t realize how audible that was. Out of some ingredients but it was kinda close to closing so that’s fine. Food was still good but was just not impressed with atmosphere. If I were a manger and walked into my restaurant in that condition…I would have been livid

It’s wonderful IF you are ordering online. And from now on that’s all I’m doing. There have been nights when we go to get Chipotle and are told they are only doing online orders. And that’s okay, understandable as they are short staffed. However, tonight they had a sign that they were “out of” certain things when in reality it was for online orders only. I would’ve gladly gotten out of the three-person line and ordered online instead, but the food had already started being made by the time I realized the sign was not totally accurate. And while a different employee was making an online order, who got the “out of” items, I was told no. It makes it awkward for customers and employees, and I really feel for them. There needs to be an improvement in management it seems, and permanent signs just need to be made that this Chipotle is “online orders only” instead of changing every night. It’s not fair to walk-in customers or the employees running the line.
