App defaulted to a different option, causing my order to be off. The drive through associate was very helpful, teaming with her manager to take care of it for me. If you want a protein less meat burrito this is the place. The server had the nerve to ask me if the miniscule amount of carnitas, he had put on the burrito, was okay. He had put less than I would normally eat, in one bite, using a fork. And no I’m not a huge person being 6’1″and 185lbs. The service was fine but don’t expect to get decent sized proportions. I guess they pay them inversely proportionally to how much meat they give you. $38 dollars for one burrito and one salad and two medium drinks. If you need chipotle in the Roanoke area try one of the other locations.

Wish staff did not ignore customers when they co.e in and stand at counter. Even if you are part of preparation staff, it is courteous to greet customer if you are the only one near the counter.

This place looks very dirty for being new. The flat top looks very nasty, likes it’s never been cleaned!. I walked in and I was the only guest yet tables were dirty, floor was dirty and there was one person at counter and other’s near dumpster smoking. I ordered a burrito and as the lady was making it she had to call another person over just to put the “meat” on it. I do not understand how the health department has not closed this place yet

The ingredients just didnt look or taste fresh. The beans were low and instead of taking the old pan out to replace with fresh the server dumped new on top of old. Made me wonder how many times during the day that jad happened. Perhaps not a big deal. They were fast and efficient.

Hillbilly Horror Story
The restaurant was terribly messy. There was only one other customer in there and they were sitting and eating. There were straw wrappers all over the floor, chairs were everywhere, tabletops were sticky, and there were broken chip pieces all over the counter and register area. It just felt icky and it would’ve taken 5 seconds to wipe the counter area off with a towel. I could understand if they were in the weeds but there was no one in there and it felt like I was imposing on them.
