We were a little wary about this location based on the reviews, but we didn’t have time for a sit down and order off a menu place. We ordered inside and the staff was nice, no problems with getting it right, they weren’t out of anything, and the portions were large. They even gave me a sample of the chicken al pastor to help me decide. The bathroom could’ve used tidying but wasn’t awful. We’re glad we went, since we always enjoy Chipotle.

I used the app to order they didn’t have the items I added to my order. Instead of canceling the order so I was not charged I was told food was ready. No notes that items were missing, I’m told to tell the customer they were out. What customer? I am the customer. They assumed I was a uber eats driver. So they are sending food to people knowing its not what they ordered. I was ordering for myself ma’am. If the order can not be completed as requested canceling it would mean I would not get charged and could go to another location. A simple note on the receipt would have been helpful. Got me once, never again. 12 dollars for a veggie bowl missing the veggies. **Chipotle customer service gave me rewards so I can go to another location. Check your mobile order before you leave this location.

The employee at this location is beyond ill-mannered due to her lack of listening skills! Her chosen methodology of interaction displayed a shocking measure of unmitigated temerity. The customer service here is terrible….the employees are extremely rude! The food was comparable to other Chipotle locations, but the employees act as if you are bothering them when you walk in to order food.

The newest Chipotle in the area. First impression was good. Fresh food, hot and well seasoned. Very polite and efficient team. Good health and safety precautions by staff. Glad to have a location close to home in South Chesterfield.

Everytime I come here, I have to beg to be given a full portion, or they’re totally out of ingredients. Please teach staff to give full portions and to prep enough food. If the other Chipotle’s close-ish to me weren’t awful in more ways I’d go elsewhere even though this is the closest.

Past three times, we have ordered burrito bowls. The race is all stuck together in large clumps or balls. I have never experienced this at any other chipotle. The manager needs to step in and actually test the product and see what’s being made by the employees. There is a problem.

The food is delicious and very fresh. I know they’re only doing what they’re trained to do, but a bit more food would be nice. I find myself asking for a little more every visit. The Ironbridge location is my restaurant of choice, really good customer service.

Horrific Customer Service, every time I go in there I feel like I’m bothering them. Been to this particular restaurant three times and all three times they’ve been out of guacamole and/or the vinaigrette salad dressing. The first time I ordered online, and they were out of the vinaigrette dressing, so they completely made my salad without the dressing, and never bothered to tell me they were out. Made it all the way home and noticed I was missing the dressing, so I went back and that’s when I told me they were out. Why would you make someone’s food when you know you’re missing an ingredient and not even say anything to them? Completely done with this place. I’ll drive the 5 miles to the other one down the street.
