Ordered my usual bowl today and went through the pick up drive thru, guacamole was rotten and inedible. Completely brown. Every time we ordered chips from this location, they are stale as hockey pucks. I get double protein so this bowl was $20, the meat is regularly full of chewy fat. It’s a complete dump. I was so excited to have a chipotle nearby and now I will travel further to avoid this one at all costs. Attitudes are extremely poor, I have actually witnessed someone walking behind the counter to start a fight with an employee because service was so bad. Always out of something (guac, dressing, etc.) All in all it’s a POS location.

This location should be shut down. My order was completely wrong and they somehow managed to forget half of the kids meal I ordered (pictured) nothing even in the quesadilla and no side of fruit. The large chips were barely even any in the bag and tasted stale. The outside of the bowls had dirty grease marks all over them. So disgusting we didn’t even eat our food

Ordered large chips & queso online that it. Got it and the “large chips” were burned, too salty and only a quarter of a small bag was filled . 10 dollars for this amount of food is criminal. Not what I expect from ordering chipotle. I work at a nearby food place and don’t expect much just proper food. If this place can’t make chips and queso I can’t expect to ordering anything else will end out well. Feel very ripped off. Heard a to-go worker in the back also say, “I’m not making this d*** chips and queso.” The first Lady who helped me out was very nice though. Overall a rough experience going to a chipotle not what I expected.

Ordered chips and Guac and the Guac was brown ALL the way through and tasted foul. At first I gave it back to guy and window but he just said “its oxidized”…this was NOT just oxidized. Tasted like it had been sitting out on a counter somewhere all-night…I had ordered early in the morning before they’d opened so it should have been fresh. Sick!!

Worst Chipotle location we have EVER been to. The entire restaurant was dirty and trashed. Not one single table was clean. I had to baby wipe my own table just to have a clean spot. The trash cans were overflowing with trash, couldn’t even fit anything else in any of them. The employees would walk off into the back while taking your order and were also walking outside to talk to family and friends. Half the soda choices were out of order. The bathrooms have a weird code you have to type in to use it? I have never been in such a dirty and weird Chipotle. Do not recommend this one at all. Save your money and go somewhere else. If the dining area is that dirty, I can’t even imagine the kitchen area.

It is just me or is almost every Chipotle just awful these days? Placed and order for window pickup, got there, had to wait additional time (which is fine, if the order is correct and hot). No salad dressing for my salad, but didn’t bother to tell me until after I had waited for my food. No option to cancel, just “here’s your food, no dressing.” When I inquired I was told, it just ain’t ready yet, and it won’t be ready soon. Employees need training and to understand how to speak to people. Avoid this location at all costs.

maybe replace the entire staff. I always wait in the line for over 30 minutes. Every. Single. Time. Drive thru is convenient for people coming from hospitals, people who suffer from different social anxieties and mothers with small children. However, this particular location hasn’t quite grasped the idea of basic restaurant rules like making sure enough food is ready to scoop up and hand out. Also, when I picked up my food- two bowls were packaged UPSIDE DOWN and the food was falling out of the container by the time I get my food – it’s cold.
