I have never had a fully complete order here. I just walked in and ordered a bowl with chicken. the bowl is chicken less. the place is disgusting. idk who runs this but y’all need to pay your people so they can function well enough to put ingredients into a bowl.

This Chipotle has the worst chips period! They are always stale and chewy. Almost seems like the chips are frozen, then pull out to thaw the day of sale. Everything else is good but beware of their awful chips.

Barely any meat in my bowl so I had to order double- the manager must be telling them to go light on purpose because this is the second time this has happened at this location. Don’t order online or you’ll get next to nothing. They also put the beans on opposite ends of my bowl instead of letting it spread evenly from the middle. Dirty cutlery, no sauces. I at least got a free guac, so two stars instead of 1.

Would you like to play dinner for your family roulette? Generally a passable location, but every fourth time you order there, they will be in such a state of chaos and lack of direction that two exhausted employees are dealing with walk in orders while utterly ignoring any carry out. They’ll still mark it as available, and if you try to talk to anyone they will just outright ignore you. I can’t blame them. If I had management like what they must be suffering through, I would be in survival mode too. Turn off mobile orders when you don’t have enough people to handle them, and when it gets busy roll up your sleeves and help your employees. Otherwise, please put this store out of its misery and close it.

This location needs to be closed. Or they should fire the entire staff and rehire better people. I ordered a burrito through doordash and asked for corn salsa, they made it with spicy salsa instead. I don’t like spicy food so I had to throw my whole burrito away. My boyfriend ordered a chicken bowl and they sent a chicken quesadilla…. Also it looked like it had been sitting out for a couple hours. Luckily door dash gave me my money back.. but y’all need to do better.

Easily the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I’ve been to this location a few times because of its proximity to my house. They seem to always be out of something. Today they were out of fajita veggies, black beans, al pastor chicken, and lettuce. When I asked how long before more veggies would be ready, the response was “idk probably 20 minutes or so”. No one was cooking in the back… If “We Don’t Care” was a restaurant, it would be this Chipotle. Do better!

I stopped going to this Chipotle after over a year of disappointing experiences. They are out of at least one (if not more) ingredients about 90% of the time. The service is also frustrating because you can stand in line alone and be ignored while they make online orders in front of you. Out of the last ten times I’ve been here, I probably turned around and went somewhere else eight times because I either couldn’t get served or they were out of a major ingredient.

I don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance expecting it to get better. The quality of the servings is awful, the attentiveness and level of care from the staff is pitiful, the pick up orders are always at least a minimum of 15 minutes late, and this place just overall is completely disappointing. It’s a franchise, so I get it. Nobody that works here cares about the place and they’re here for a paycheck. But where is the management, quality control, oversight and accountability? I just don’t understand.

If you’d like to be stared at by employees for 5+ minutes before they’ll acknowledge you, then get rudely spoken to, wait at least 10 minutes past the ready time of your online order, and wind up with chunks of CHICKEN in your PLANT-BASED bowl, this is 100% the place for you.
