I am absolutely disgusted after going to this location and wish I could them no stars. I have picked up orders here for a few times and the place is normally clean. Walked into today and the line where they serve food was filthy. Sour cream and cheese were smeared all over the counter and the area near the cash register had rice all over the counter as well. The location was not super busy from what I could tell – only 5 people eating. I requested a burrito bowl and noticed that food was mixed into other containers and one container of beans had been there so long they were dried and caked to the side. I should have left then. As I moved thru the line, the lady waiting on me put salsa as requested on my bowl. The salsa had something mixed in it – sour cream, cheese, who knows. When I asked what was in there – she told me she didn’t know and the proceeded to ask if I wanted anything else. Needless to say – I told her I would not be eating anything and left. Foul. Will not be eating at this location again. Eat at your own risk.

I wanted to have my own experience not taking the Google reviews into consideration, so I definitely made a mistake. I had a bowl with chips and queso. They did not have anything else but steak and scraps of chicken left so I chose the steak which was extremely chewy and I got literally 1/4 of a bag of chips and half container of queso probable saving the rest for later. (I have been at other locations, so I know what the serving size should be.) Clearly not set up to serve people at 6pm on a Wednesday.. recently moved across the street but will not be back probably.

I made the mistake of going back after the previous visit where the barbacoa was clumpy and cold like the service. This time I ordered steak tacos and got there after it was supposed to be ready in the drive through so I was told to wait in the parking lot. After waiting I got my order 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and this wasn’t a busy time either, 3:30PM.

I’m going to start this by saying that I understand the food service industry is not easy to work in. I’ve been to this location a few times since they opened and yesterday I entered the store and ordered my food. When I got up to the counter the staff was having a conversation and did not turn to greet me for a while. Once I ordered I asked if I could scan my rewards and they told me their rewards system is down. Since I also work in the food industry I understood but was let down that they didn’t offer me anything due to this. The store was really gross, has been everytime I’ve entered since opening. I can’t believe after all of these one star review that nothing has been done about this place. I’ll fix it myself even if you let me! anyways. the girl that took my order was nice but the rest of the store is a mess. like actually truly disgusting. and I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. Coming from a GM it’s really not that hard to clean up after yourself and to get staff to even acknowledge the presence of customers.

Ordered on the app, arrived to get our food and the girl behind the counter said they were out of cheese so they couldn’t make our food. Didn’t call us ahead of time or cancel the order so we had to deal with the chipotle app to try to get a refund.

Not overly busy, but steady customer flow. Many workers in the store, I counted at least 6 that I could see, but only one person was making orders, one person at the register, lots of the food was empty and not being refilled, all the tables inside were dirty. Someone finally started cooking chicken, after 3 of our party of 9 started ordering. We asked for sour cream four times before the girl that was making our food went to the back and brought some out. Also had to ask for pinto beans twice before getting it refilled to make our orders.

Disgusting. All tables dirty. All employees on their phones. Felt like we were disturbing the staff. Asked for a rag to clean our table and the cashier begrudgingly wipe the food off the table. The food counter and register counter covered in filth and juice drippings. All trash cans overflowing. Multiple similar complaints and no one cares. Whoever the manager of this place is simply does not care.

I ordered off the app and what I got was not my food. My drink was missing and my bowl had a bunch of things in it that I won’t eat. I tried the pepper chat and couldn’t get a person, so I tried the customer service line. $24 for delivery and the best they do is a voucher for a free bowl worth $11. So if you order from the app and they get your food wrong, just know you won’t get a refund.
