We placed a mobile order, the bowl in the picture was ordered with double steak, extra cheese, guacamole, and queso. Both of our bowls were not even halfway full. We took our bowls back and we were helped by Key and she was great. she was very polite and gave us new bowls and they were full and delicious.

This is now the chipotle that I don’t go to. I just need/expect the bare minimum and they can’t seem to get close to it. Going to give it six months and hopefully by then they’ll have new management in there. Have been there three times and they haven’t gotten an order correct. Today there was a piece of plastic in my food that looked like it was from some kind of packaging.

This was my 4th visit, the first three my orders were wrong completely, the food was iffy an the customer service is about non existent.. only reason I went today was because it was free for messing up my other orders…. I get there wait a half hour after my pick up time I get home and it’s wrong it’s missing things, things added I didn’t order and the food is horrible. It’s feels like it was in a fridge not even close to fresh,. this location, Mechanicsville specificly is horrible.. at this point I don’t want my food to be corrected or my money back.. lesson learned chipolte lesson learned.. take some pride in what you do

If I could give no stars I would! This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. They are always out of almost everything. Any if mobile order…good luck! They will only do half of the order IF they have the ingredients instead of notifying you. Here is a great idea…look at how much you go through in a day and DOUBLE YOUR FOOD TRUCK ORDER! I have given this chipotle way too many chances and if you try and complain to corporate they just give you…guess what?…FREE CHIPOTLE instead of fixing the issue. If corporate chipotle or the location owner reads this, I have a little advice for you…DONT SUCK or in your case…SUCK LESS!

Initial order ($50) was so completely wrong that they had to remake the order only to mess it up all over again. Chicken was disgustingly burnt, lettuce was leathery. We found a paper bag in my daughters quesadilla.

The crew always does a great job on getting the food together but mobile orders take away some of the customer experience as they get distracted on who needs help. The one complaint I have is the cleanliness. There’s not one time I’ve visited where it seems to be messy, and I’ll leave it at that.
