I will literally never go here again. $20 for burnt chicken and no veggies. My burritto bowl barely had any chicken also. When i contacted support they gave me a coupon. I want my money back! This is inedible! Ive given this place multiple chances but they always mess up the food. Don’t go here.

We were excited we now have a chipotle 1/2 mile from our house. But the last FIVE times we’ve gone there, they had no vegetables. Wife is a vegetarian so we walk out.. Might as well take vegetables off the menu since they never have them. How about you pay your employees to come in earlier

By far one of the cleanest and best Chipotles I have been too. I really enjoy Chipotle but lately the quality has taken a downturn for the price. This one however lives up to the traditional Chipotle standards. They serve their customers with respect and have the highest quality, freshest food around. The meat was perfectly cooked. The veggies were delicious. The toppings were absolutely fresh.

Literally the best chipolte I’ve been to in a min stopped by for a late night snack, and the night crew was super cheerful, great customer service. And the burrito roll was phenomenal idk how the young lady did lol. I’ll definitely be back!!! If Upper management takes a look at this that whole team in there tonight deserves a raise!

We have given this particular Chipotle many chances and they just can’t get it right. How does a restaurant continue to run out of things that are supposed to be an option for their food items every single time one of us comes in to order. ( every single time!!) Not out til they make more. Just out. ( fajita vegetables- all the time! Queso. Rice – or it’s dried up and nasty. ) The price they charge is still the same even though the burrito bowl is missing half the items we asked for! Do better!!

Just disgusting. Got a bowl to go and basically had my order chosen for me because there was only a little bit of certain ingredients left. No brown rice, so they gave me SO MUCH white rice (literally alllll the white rice lol; guess they wanted to get rid of it). Whether there was a lot or a little left of any choice of meat, beans, or veggies, it all looked dried out and like it had been sitting there a long time. Kitchen area behind was nasty. Food on the floor, grills/pots looked uncleanly. Server literally didn’t talk to me the entire way through the line. Just grunted and pointed. As it was time to pay, the three employees sat there (and I do mean sat there) and talked about shift schedules. No receipt, no bag, no….. problem? Won’t be coming back.

Been there three times – Fantastic experience I receive from the staff there! The staff there was super friendly, and I’m proud to say that I’m deaf and there’s one staff fluent in sign language and communicate with me very well, even there also other staff who know some signs too! The most I love most about it is the food’s taste rate is fantastic because I heard that they work so hard prepare at early morning before the opening. I feel very welcome there and shall return! <3

Worst female white employee. She groaned as she’s filling my order and was rolling her eyes and super impatient. I wasn’t even slow telling her what I want either. Then when she’s bagging the food, she just drops the two food bowls I ordered on top of each other hard into the bag, then didn’t even hand me the receipt, I had to catch it cuz she just let go of the receipt. P.S. she’s a white girl, has dark hair, long fake lashes and a nasty attitude. Avoid!!!!

I’ve been to plenty of Chipotles and this is one of the worst ones. They can’t manage to make enough of anything to last the whole day. The last 3 times we’ve tried to get dinner there we ended up going somewhere else because they were out of multiple things we needed. Incredibly basic things for a place like this – guac, chips, beans. Always at least one person’s meat choice. And not “it’ll be 10 minutes while we make more”. We’re talking “all out for the day” several hours before closing. I don’t know what people get if they show up at 9:30 – a cup of queso and some wilted romaine?
