Our first visit to this restaurant. It has accessible parking. The place is very clean. Some very attentive, accommodating and customer friendly employees. Regarding what I ordered, it was a burrito with chicken meat: very good, the meat at its point of flavor and cooking, the fresh vegetables. Overall it is a good restaurant for lunch. The only problem is the men’s room, inadequate and poor appearance.

I came into order a bowl mid afternoon so the place was dead. It took several minutes before someone acknowledged I was waiting to be served, the girl makes the bowl and then shouts several times to the back to get someone to come check me out. So already a poor experience. Then I sit down to eat my bowl and on the first bite I see the chicken is RAW. Extra pink in the middle. So I went back up to the front and had to wait again to get someones attention. When I explained to the manager the situation with the chicken her response was ‘So what do you want to do about it? Do you want another bowl?’ no apology no nothing. And the worst part was, she did not take the chicken off the line, I saw her dish out someone right after this interaction with the raw chicken I had just pointed out.

Went in an ordered chipotle chicken! Apparently, they running out of it and instead of advising or letting me know, attendant proceeded to add the 1/4 portion left from the line and asked if I wanted another meat to complete the meal! I was so disappointed, as we detoured from our trip to Southern VA just to grab Chipotle on our way for dinner. Staff was left then stellar at that location. It was 5pm and bar was out of napkins and cutlery. Drink fountain was filthy.

The lettuce was red and wilted, and they didn’t have anymore. The soda machine was out of two flavors and not refilled while we were there eating. The food was still consistently good, just disappointed with the service.

Chipotle is literally my favorite fast casual restaurant. I’m giving this review because I think feedback is needed to improve. The team there is usually not the best. I think given the price changes they should not be so light on scoops. They make you feel uncomfortable at times when you ask for more. But if we are paying $15-20 each time we have chipotle, we as customers deserve what we ask for. This is no longer a cheap meal so stop treating it like it is. I almost always pay for double steak because the portions at times are bad. Please also ask your staff to be a tad nicer to your regulars and all customers. This is the service industry, training is needed for all their employees to bring them up to standard.

Their customer service sucks. I walked in when they were refilling but for 2,3 minutes no one even looked at me or greet me. Even I greeted when someone was just walking, she just gave me side eye. Also they gave me disrespectfully small portion of food. I didn’t have courage to ask more. Everyone at this location looks like they were having a bad day or hate their job.

I’m not one to write bad reviews, but I was very disappointed in with this Chipotle visit. It started with the soda machine! I ordered a fountain drink only to walk around the corner and no diet options! I feel I could have at least been warned before I made the purchase. I then sit down at my table and no chips! I had ordered chips but wasn’t given any. The cashier verified I had paid for them and got them for me. I then sat down again… nothing to eat the chips with. I asked for salsa but was only given the option of pico… huh? I could have queso, but had to pay an additional $3 for it. I don’t have a lot of experience with Chipotle, but after this one I think I’ll stick with Moe’s where I’m greeted every time I arrive, have diet sodas, and multiple salsa options.
