Dear manager with a weird policy that only applies to the chipotle at this location but not all chipotles in the area: how ridiculous is it to sell liquor that you don’t want people to consume unless they’re sitting in your dirty restaurant? There are other chipotles in the area that don’t have this policy, and in fact will ask if I want bottles opened. Daring to be different isn’t always a win. Especially when it costs 2 overpriced bottles plus whatever I would’ve bought before your cashier effectively told me to save my money and not spend anymore at your establishment. Congrats.

Out of ALL the Chipotles this one is the best hands down. There is a clear taste of freshness in the food at this location. The service was quick and friendly and they pay close attention and listen to what YOU say you want AND the amount. If you say a little more they don’t put to peebles of meat and look at you oddly. Unlike all the other pwc Chipotles I’ve been to. I will pass all the others to get to this location. This location operates how Chipotle was when they first opened.

DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER FOR THIS LOCATION. EVERY TIME I place an online order for pickup or door dash, they are extra skimp on the salsa. I requested tomatillo, corn and green salsa in my bowl and I get like a table spoon of green salsa. How am I supposed to enjoy this dry bowl??? I thought it was a fluke the first 2 times it happened, but nope! If you order, do so at the counter to ensure they do not skimp you. I also order extra rice because they skimp me on that too!

Slowest service ever. The workers just stare at each other waiting for someone to do something. They spend more time on online orders than for customers in store. I had to stand in line for over 30 mins when there were less than 15 people in line. They made everyone wait while they made online orders. Never visiting this location again and chipotle for a long time.

I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve been to a chipotle and have hated it. This was different. Clean building, friendly staff. The food was even seasoned! Now that’s usually my biggest problem with chipotle is that it’s over priced for unseasoned food. This place has flavor. Good job!

Not only did they charge $2.30 for guacamole and only give a customer a tablespoon of quac, the food and chips were cold after the 5 minute ride back to the house. Wouldn’t suggest this Chipotle when there’s another one which is better on Prince William Parkway. Horrible service.

Pretty much every time I order online from this location something is wrong with the order. The last straw was when they sent us that pineapple juice instead of what we ordered, which could have killed my mom who is severely allergic to pineapple.
