Overall my experience here was fine. The food tasted fine but the 6 containers we had were all squished into one small bag. This was super disappointing because the containers all got crushed and some of the food spilled out. Also, the dressing that I got basically spilled entirely out all over the containers. I’m not sure why they couldn’t figure out that we would need a bigger bag but it was super upsetting. Overall disappointed in my experience at this location.

I went there with my family this Saturday. Being vegetarians we ordered two veggie bowls and when we reached at the end of the line to add guacamole Into food I noticed pieces of meat inside the guacamole! I asked the server to check and instead of replacing the guac she just took out the meat from the guac and continued to take the next order. Worst experience of chipotle ever!! Never going back here.

There was hair in my daughters bowl. When she returned the bowl the cashier told her to get back in line with her bowl. She handed the bowl to the line staff and she said what you’re the second one today the chips were stale I went and spoke with the manager about the hair and the chips. The manager asked if I wanted more chips.. I explained I would like a refund she said she would refund the chips for me.. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

I’ve never had food poisoning before and I eat at chipotle once a week for the past almost 10 years. This time I got food poisoning it was awful I couldn’t leave the house or eat for 2 days. It was definitely does chipotle, because that was all I ate that day and the sickness started about 8 hours after. It was literally ruined chipotle for me. The thought of chipotle makes me wanna throw up.

Poor portion sizes: they’ve only filled up my bowl half way on all my mobile orders. They add way too much hot sauce and since they skimp on everything else, the whole bowl is way too spicy.
