DO NOT order online from this restaurant!!!!!! They completely scam you and chipotle’s customer service is a pain. They will legit deliver your food with multiple ingredients missing it is AWFUL. Third time ordering from them for delivery to Inova FFX hospital and absolutely awful service. They gave me a burrito with two ingredients (rice and chicken) when I ordered pico, corn, veggie fajitas, cheese, sour cream, and verde sauce. And then they believe a BOGO will fix everything.

Lol ordered a burrito on the app, half the ingredients are missing when I get there, turns out they actually don’t have rice or tortillas. So I ask “Can I get a refund instead?” Employee kid goes “we don’t do that”. Pretty disappointing, food was disgusting. The Bowl was wet cold and soggy, meat was disgustingly salty and cold too even though the bowl was just made.

This chipotle is slipping like many others all over the country. Service was lousy, the burrito looks like it was wrapped by an amputee and they forgot my wife’s salad dressing — forcing me to to drive back after I was reprimanded at home.

Always a Chipotle fan and will continue to be but this particular location is awful for many reasons. This location has a big problem with cleanliness. The tables, floors and bathrooms are always unclean. Worst of all, they don’t wear any hair net and always run out of guacamole. I ordered a bowl with steak and they literally ran out and weren’t gonna offer anything else as replacement. I kid you not, maybe 6 small pieces of steak in the bowl and if I didn’t say anything they would’ve sold it to me like that.

This is the second time I’ve had chipotle ordered from here and the burrito is just all rice and 3 pieces of meat. No sour cream, no cheese, no sauce. 98% rice and 2% food. I thought I learned my lesson the first time but it looks like it took two time. Fool me once. Shame on. Shame on you. Fool me. You can’t get fooled again

One of most annoying chipotle store ever. People who serve there always give tired look and serve the food in a way that they are just giving free food and providing some favor. I hate to go to that store but I live in same neighborhood, I use to go when I hungry . But I couldn’t resist their behavior, I just gave up and stopped going to that store. I really hope management checks on the staff and maintain a friendly atmosphere.

Do not order online. Every single time I order online I never get my extra protein and I’m always missing 2-3 ingredients. Missing ingredients I can understand, but paying extra and getting a kids meal sucks. This has happened around 6 times.
