I went to this location several times. There’s a woman who works there that wears black glasses, is short, Latina, middle aged. Every time I ask for extra rice she rolls her eyes and glares. The very last time I went, a male service worker behind the counter put his finger in his ear, cleared out earwax, then immediately put gloves on without washing his hands (I could see golden earwax in the glove) and then started serving up food. I had gotten a bowl and was at the register waiting to pay. I just walked away. Left the food at the register. Didn’t pay. I will never go here again.

I would give -5 stars if I could. Ordered 3 bowls through doordash so like 45 bucks and 7 dollars for delivery/tax. The food was loaded with a tonne of salt, like wt*. Please close this store so someone else can open a decent food place.

A particularly rude and inconsiderate staffer works here in the late evenings. He talks back to customers and is more concerned with flexing his authority over portion size than return business. This wasn’t the first experience with this employee. Management should highlight to staff that there are five Chipotles within three miles and staff are the face of their franchise. By far the worst treatment we’ve ever received at Chipotle for a customer who visits Chipotle at least four times a week. I’m definitely never returning.

I came here for dinner tonight and I have to be honest, it wasn’t that great. I came in to order a steak bowl and it wasn’t crowded at all. In fact I think that there was only one other group of people seated and already eating. I always request brown rice as the first ingredient for the bowl, and today would be no different. Except at this location, they had no brown rice prepared. The employee actually attempted to serve me the few scraps of brown rice at the bottom of the pan, until I politely requested to have the new rice. I walked away for less than one minute while the cook was preparing the fresh batch of rice, and in topless than that minute of time, bam it was ready according to the person who was preparing my bowl. I’m no professional cook or anything, but I believe rice takes more than 1 minute to prepare. The en she gave me an extremely small scoop of steak for the bowl. With their steak bowls now priced at nearly $12.00 I expected better food than this.

Most of the employees are friendly and happy to serve you, but there’s this one girl who is truly awful. Always seems upset and acts like it’s a chore being there. Skimps on everything like it’s coming off her plate. If she’s not happy, why is she working there? Go work somewhere else, lady!
