Yummy Yummy in my tummy! If you want exactly what you order online you must order from this chipotle. I order extra just about everything and this Chipotle listen. Most chipotle don’t but this one I have to give it up to them thank you and keep up the great service fast clean exact order perfect.

Horrible service. Pickup confirmed for 8:20pm. Arrived at 8:25pm. Had to wait another 10 mins to get my order. Also, the person preparing food seems to have zero knowledge of English as she constantly was speaking Spanish with another employee. Asked several times for a feedback on my order and she did not even bothered answering my question and acted like she does not hear me even thought I stood in front of her. The worst chipotle experience so far.

This is the worst Chipotle I have eaten at. They always skimp on the meat. They usually don’t strain the fresco. They dump sauce and sour cream. Finally, the tables are seldom clean. Most of the employees are on their phone. It’s not surprising to be honest. If you hire kids that don’t care, and they are managed by someone who also doesn’t care, then the service suffers. A district manager needs to visit here.

The guy who was serving was too rude for some reason. Apparently there were no veggies and he said “We are out of veggies” while the one actually serving us said that you can wait as they are preparing in the back. We were charged for a veggie Bowl with chicken on the side while we requested to give us the chicken on the side. Quantity was too less for a side of a chicken and when we asked he replied with an attitude of take it or leave it. If you don’t wanna work then please don’t and stay in the back or do whatever you are supposed to but definitely don’t be rude to your customers.

The reviews are true they skimp you on food. They asked me what I wanted on a kids meal. I let them know my order, did it quickly, covered it, charged and packed it, come to find out they only added one side I asked them for. They were adament that I could only get rice and beans for my sides. This is false as I’ve been to plenty of other chipotles ordered online and I’m able to pick sides. They’re not consistent with other chipotles I’ve been to and they skimp you on the portions. Literally give you about 5 chips.

Poor customer service, dirty, no baskets or trays, Guac was browning, behind on orders. Missing dining condiments, like salt and pepper. Had food all over the floor and tables. Sat there over an hour and no one came out to clean the dining area. It wasn’t busy. Now I wonder how clean the kitchen and employees are. Disappointing. I’ve seen better. Shame when you want to get up clean in a restaurant and don’t even work there.

Would rate 0 if I could, I got home 15 minutes ago and my bowl had a piece of tape in it. In the photo below it’s folded up but it measured flat about 6 inches in length. So gross! Makes me wonder what other non edible objects are floating around in the bowls! I will be going to the fair lakes location from now on!

Finally a Chipotle that’s clean with great food! I’ve had my share of experiences at Chipotle and this is probably the best I’ve visited! Parking is all around the restaurant. The lobby was clean during our visit and the staff was friendly and accurate in completing our order. Excellent visit
