This place has really fallen off. If you had never been to another Chipotle and you came here, you’d be really confused as to why people like Chipotle. They’re normally out of several ingredients. We ordered extra sour cream and my wife had sour cream soup.

I ordered on the app and picked up at this location. Chads. absolute legends. every employee that works there. they have VERY generous portions (at least mine was). i didn’t even order extra steak in my bowl, but they gave me at least 7 more pieces of steak than the Damascus location did. Thanks, Mt. Airy Chipotle! You restored my faith in Chipotle.

I came to this chipotle at 9:10pm august 3rd. The manager that was at the line proceeded to tell me they were out of steak and fajitas and another option. I asked when they would be back in stock; this employee told me that they “just aren’t making any more tonight the grill is closed.” Meanwhile every other pan on the line was one scoop from empty or extra dry and gross looking. Craziest part is that this “manager” didn’t offer to make anything right. He said “I could give you a bag of chips.” Based on the reviews the managers need to get their staff (including SM and KM) in line. This place used to be one of the best chipotles around. Sad to see it has fallen off a cliff. Left without buying especially because of the terrible service.

Terrible customer service. This is the worst location we’ve ever been to. Not only were they extremely rude, but the serving line was pretty gross. They were rushing customers through the line, throwing things around as if the line was out the door, when in reality, there were four customers in line. Employees seemed annoyed. And even though our order was wrong, we didn’t say anything; we were just trying to get out the door. Based on other reviews, I’m surprised management has not taken action. We are definitely not coming back.

They’re not even trying anymore. I ordered ahead, and the place was empty when I got there. Not busy like last time, so I expected the right order, unlike last time. Nope. Order was wrong and the guacamole was just a couple of half avocados thrown in with maybe two pieces of onion. That’s it. I’m done with this location. Congrats on messing up guacamole, guys. Literally the one thing Chipotle corporate pushes.

This place is absolutely disgusting, one of the worst I’ve ever been to. Every meat looks like it’s been sitting for 6+ hours. I was the only customer and still had to wait several minutes to order, 7 or 8 employees just sitting around doing nothing. I wouldn’t let my dog eat here.

I will not be returning. The beans and chips were so tremendously salty even my toddler wouldn’t eat them. The guac was warm. They put way too much hot sauce on the food. Everything was way light in my bowl, barely any rice or beans and cheese but plenty of hot sauce, go figure. No tables were wiped down, trash was overflowing and old remnants of food all over the floor. I figure it was probably right after lunch rush but the workers were more concerned about filling up the plastic ware than cleaning the dining room. Priorities much? They really need to shape up their game. Did ahead order pick up and that was smooth. One positive about it.

I hate this place. Last time my pick up order was 100% wrong… today they opened more than 15 mins late. It’s always something. But in addition to their rotating problem of the day, the customer service is consistently horrible. These folks just don’t give a care and it shows. I’m done waiting for them to get it together. I won’t be back.
