First time at this location. Hard to enjoy our Chipotle favorites when the place is so dirty. Sneeze guard has not been clean in days. Food derbies all over, lettuce scraps on the kitchen floor, drink station disgusting. Where is management? Cashier kept gloves while handling food and cash at the register. Too bad.

I usually do online orders, but I came in to order since it was easier that day. The girl with all the makeup was who helped me, and she was phenomenal. She was attentive and took the time even when they were really busy. I’ll probably come in more often if the service is always this good!

This location is terrible. every time I do an online order I am missing items. This particular time I am missing rice from one kids meal and chips for both kids meals. Usually the cheese in a kids quesadilla is not even melted or we are missing guacamole or a beverage. It’s always something. Chipotle owes me about $100 worth of missing items at this point. I have no idea why I continue to be hopeful they will do it correctly.

Food is typical of any Chipotle, which I find delicious! The employees are very friendly and kind. However, they have forgotten my chips on multiple occasions, messed up my order one time and they often ignore or forget the drive thru which sort of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Overall: great food, so-so service.

This location often makes mistakes. The most recent one today? My husband ordered a quesadilla, which was definitely not a quesadilla (see picture). You can see on the label it’s supposed to be a quesadilla, but I guess they just couldn’t be bothered? Also, I asked for extra lettuce…. this is not extra lettuce. We won’t be going back for some time.

I never leave bad reviews, but this chipotle really is awful. I ordered tacos as I always do and they gave me maybe a teaspoon of the guacamole I paid over $2 extra for. I didn’t get the sour cream, I didn’t get the extra salsa, and I didn’t get the extra cheese. Usually these tacos should be overflowing but there was less in one of the tacos than I get at Taco Bell. And my husband did not get the double meat he ordered and received the tiniest burrito. Do yourself a favor and go to any other chipotle.

Chipotle if you want to save your brand you will shut this location down immediately. First off it’s extremely dirty inside, I can’t believe I ordered food here. Second this is a repeat return for me and the food is absolute garbage. If you want Chipotle I say try your luck at another location, avoid this food poisoning waiting to happen.
