The Garlic Guajillo Steak has been on commercials lately in heavy rotation and it had my attention. I always order the bowl with brown rice and no cheese, guacamole or sour cream (so none of the stuff that makes it amazing). This time added the Garlic Steak as my protein. It was only ok. It didn’t make me want to hurry back and try it a second time.

Got a bowl to go that was full. Service was good and steady. Store was busy and the to-go shelf was packed. Guessing my order was forgotten since it wasn’t ready when I came in. But they made it in 5 min despite the long line.

Super stingy at this location with the portions!! I’ve been here a couple times and I was never overly impressed. I’m not asking for a massive overstuffed bowl but they don’t give you much at all for the price paid. This last time I ordered double meat and paid for it and trust me – this was not double meat. Not even close. I’m not even sure why order was correct. The meat seemed to be almost ground up so I’m wondering if it was sofritas or something else. I don’t think I’m going to go here anymore.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered a SALAD from this Chipotle to be told, when paying, that they are out of dressing for the salad. Rudely I might add. Why would I order a salad with no dressing?! One would think that the person you are ordering from first would say, “we are out of dressing today.” This is my last time. Done.

You know that feeling when you pick up your bowl and before even opening it you already know it’s going to be wrong… that was my order last week. Paid an extra $5 for extra steak to literally getting a bowl that had no more than 10 cubed steak bites.. literally… disappointed as this is not the first time.

We are a business located downtown Frederick, this is the first time we placed a catering order with the Buckeystown Pike location. We called the morning of to request an earlier pickup by 15 min.- the store manager was exceptional!!! It was ready on time -all the food was delicious and hot. We will use this location from now on. GREAT STAFF AND GREAT FOOD!!! Hands down the best Chipotle location in Frederick!!!

I just had the iced tea mixed with the berry juice and I threw up five minutes later driving down the road. It had cleaning supply in it and my throat still stings and I can’t get ahold of anybody there. I hope nobody else gets sick.
