I would give a zero if I could, my daughter and I went a few weeks ago and waited in line for 40 minutes. There was obviously a problem, but no one came out to explain the situation. People were coming in and saw the line was extremely long and turned around and walked out. I was about to go, even though I ordered. A girl came out of the kitchen and said the system was down. I waited another 5 minutes and told them I was leaving, all of a sudden the system was up, people who called the order in were told it was never received. It was an absolute mess. Worse customer service ever and the manager was so rude, I won’t ever go back. One more thing, the girl who was preparing my bowl put like a tablespoon of chicken in my bowl and I asked if I could have a bit more. She said it would cost me 3 dollars more. She too was so miserable.

So, my expectations for fast food is pretty low–it is what it is. However, I do not expect to have an employee working the front line to treat patrons with a nasty attitude unprovoked. Everyone has had a not-so-great shift at work, but geez. The lady rolled her eyes and told me to step forward. I gave her my order for my family of 5, and she literally slammed 3 bowls on the counter 1 by 1. She then slapped the rice & chicken down on each bowl & sent them flying down the counter to the next lady. I thought they were going to fall off the counter. Then she let me know I couldn’t order kid’s meals for my little ones as they were out of containers. I ordered another bowl instead, and she nearly lost it. I understand people in these public-facing roles are likely overworked and underpaid, so I didn’t make a fuss, but I definitely don’t won’t return.

The SLOWEST chipotle I’ve ever been to. We’ve tried this location 3 times and each time we’ve waited almost an hour past our pick up time. It’s currently 7:02pm, I’ve finally gotten my order and it was supposed to be done at 6:20pm. For food that is precooked and scooped into a bowl, that wait is unacceptable.

I ordered using the ap. When I got there to pick up my food, they said the system was down and they never got my order. They were packed and I didn’t have time to wait in line… that’s why I ordered ahead. I went to their customer service on-line to try to get a refund and the AI was talking in circles. No food and horrible service. Will never go to Chipotle again.

Great if you order in person! My favorite chipotle in Frederick. NEVER order takeout or delivery, they will massively screw it up and you’ll get a half empty bowl with random ingredients (true for any chipotle).
