Went to purchase food at 3:37pm. The people behind the glass are rude. They were out of fajita, I tried to inquire, whether they were out completely or if they were in the process of making more. The young man behind the glass had a flippant attitude as though I was bothering him by asking questions. He responded that they will start making more when the grill guy got back. The grill guy was on the side of the building smoking a blunt for about 15 minutes before I went into the restaurant. Upon realizing that fajitas were nowhere coming. I returned to my car, To wait and watch said grill worker outside on his phone for an additional 12 minutes. The tables were utterly filthy. The knives spoons forks and napkins weren’t even stocked. It was a waste of time. I was initially skeptical about visiting this location because it only had two stars and that’s unusual for Chipotle, however because it is local in my neighborhood I went. I reenter the restaurant after waiting 20 more minutes after the grill guy went back in.I asked again were they in the process of making fajitas. The young lady at the glass told me they didn’t have any more fajitas. I explained to her that the gentleman who I spoke with almost 30 minutes prior said that they did have fajitas and they were being prepped. Low and behold no fajitas on the grill. Why, because the restaurant ran out of chicken. It appears that everything needed to be restocked. Fajitas are now on, I have to wait an additional 10 minutes. All in all this experience was unnecessarily stressful. I made my purchase however, I will not be returning to said location again. Don’t waste your time.

2 nights in a row I’ve ordered delivery and my order was completely wrong. Tonight they just gave me what the hell they wanted to give me. Didn’t matter what I asked for or paid for. I’m done. I will never support this Chipotle ever again. I also filed a complaint both night on the Chipotle App. The receipt was correct the order was not.

I am done with this location. It seems like there is a total free-for-all in this restaurant. I went to add a negative review on Google and I noticed that this location has the lowest avg. reviews I’ve seen at a Chipotle, ever. Almost all of the recent reviews on Google are 1-star and I see why. I’ve never seen a chipotle use plastic bags in the food. As in, they put the black beans in a plastic bag, then put that bag in metal pans and then put those pans on the line. Is that even safe?? What if the plastic melts and ends up in the food? Where did those bags even come from? So dangerous. As I was turning to leave I saw something near the salad that I was about to order. A packet that read “DO NOT EAT. DO NOT EAT.” See attached photo. What was that packet and why was it so close to food items that we definitely planned to eat? Please send someone, anyone, in this store! I actually enjoy Chipotle, but this one is really ridiculous. I will be posting this same review on all of the major sites. I will update the reviews when I notice the change. I recommend all other people do the same. Show some pride, Chipotle.

The food is great and there’s Norma plenty of it unless they are rushing. The people are very customer friendly for the most part. As for the atmosphere thr dinning area is kinda cramped and doesn’t really feel like you are eating at a restaurant as much as it kinda feels like you’re eating at an outdoor mom and pop type place without the friendly Demeanor and decor. But worth it for the food!

Don’t order from here y”all. I ordered from there on door-dash they gave me straight white rice that’s it. Nothing I ordered was on it just the rice no veggies no meat no beans. The looked at my order and said just give her rice and closed the bowl and sent it out like that. Every time I go there in person they don’t have anything. Once they didn’t have rice. Like are you serious. They need to shut that place down if they can not maintain food supply/demand. I understand it new but it being new should be the whole reason it stays stocked. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE. You will not be satisfied. Eat here at your own risk if I could give it a zero I would. Absolutely terrible experience not worth your money in the slightest. May even have higher percentage getting food from the McDonald’s five steps away.

This location doesn’t even deserve a one star they deserve zero stars they need to closed them down it’s just sad The work crew is getting younger and the food is getting nasty no seasoning on anything and they never have the main things that make the food good i’m about done with chipotle] all together.. you can look at it and see it has no seasoning or anything really on it ..

I’m not the person to write a negative review over a burrito bowl, but don’t waste your time. I’ve lived in the area my whole life. Was excited to hear that a Chipotle was going in here. The number of times I have been unable to give this establishment money is embarrassing. I’ve only actually been able to procure food here once in the entire time they’ve been open, but it’s convenient so I’ve kept trying. Some examples: 1) doing “online orders only” (aka the building is locked to the public except for people who are picking up already ordered meals), 2) on several occasions the building has just been closed completely during business hours (and not just an hour or so before they close, but even in the middle of the day), and 3) today, I happened to hit it when they were open (“success!” I think to myself), but after I stood in line for a few minutes, an employee stated it’s “cash only” today. Abysmal.

There’s just no possible way to get food from here. You walk in and they tell you online orders only. Ok, fine. But then you try to order online and their site doesn’t go through. Wildly mismanaged. I feel bad for the people who work there.
