Every time I come in here it’s an absolute mess. Food is all over the counter, they are just smearing it around with your bowls or foil. The food is always almost out so you’re getting scraps & when you ask for a full scoop of something you’re met with a scowl. This was taken on Sunday afternoon, Aug 27th at 1:20pm. It was a mess. Line out the door, no food prepared, all the chips were gone and they were making a mess sloppily pouring vinaigrette into cups by the chips and it was everywhere not in the fridge. It’s like this every time on the weekends. Management has to do better with keeping a clean establishment.

I had a meat bowl, good portions but the steak was very chewy almost all gristle, very bland. Service was average. The dining area was pretty dirty, tables not cleaned, spilled food on the floor. Not my first time there but it was the last strike for me. Wont be back.

This is a good place to go, but, the prices are outrageous! My wife and I each had the same bowl, chips and guacamole and a drink – $44. For lunch without alcohol…. it just too much. The inside dining is like a school cafeteria and very noisy. Eat outside or get your meal to go. This is about 25% too high for a lunch!

Service is always great. They move fast in there. But my only gripe is that they tend spray/disinfect tables and sweep the floor while people are eating. I don’t know how the gentle shown in the picture allowed this to happen just a couple of feet away from him. She swept the dust in his direction. Another worker prayed tables just inches away from a couple trying to enjoy their meal. Management must address this asap.

This location has gone down hill and managment doesn’t care. Visited this location yesterday at 8pm and the line was around the store. Several people in line left because of the long wait. When finally helped they acted like they couldn’t be bothered with what you wanted. They seem to be doing all the online orders and not helping the people standing in front of them.

Pick up order took 20 minutes longer than anticipated pickup time determined by the restaurant. Then when I returned to work and opened up my bowl the guacamole that I paid extra for was non existent, instead I found a whole avocado. Will never be using this restaurant for pick up again.

Ordered dinner tonight after a long day of work. Ordered a kids meal for my son, didn’t receive the rice for it nor the right drink. They sent a warm milk instead of the juice that was on the receipt. My husband had a avocado rind with the sticker attached to it mixed into his Burrito and didn’t send dressing for my salad. Not to mention this is probably the tenth time they messed up our order. And they short you on meat every time you order DoorDash.
