I’ve been going to this Chipotle for years because I love Chipotle food. But I kind of dread going, typically, because I’ve always gotten the vibe that the employees thought of the customers as an inconvenience to be tolerated. That had been the general vibe, but tonight it was completely different. Service was awesome. Super friendly. Hopefully it stays this way!

I wish I could give this chipotle no stars but that isn’t possible. My experience was awful, when I asked for more cauliflower rice they told me a second scoop would be $2 extra so I said never-mind, they proceeded to still charge me even when I said no. I also asked for chicken and was given half a scoop, then the worker went into my bowl and removed even more chicken. They also gave 3 pieces of peppers as my “fajitas”. To make the experience even worse, when I got home there was a massive HAIR in my food. This has made me not want to go to a chipotle again where I’m charged $11 for a bowl that isn’t even worth $5

I have been going to this chipotle for years, then something changed. I would roll up at 5pm and they would be closed. This would happen multiple times. I gave up and started going to a different one. Years later, I returned giving it another chance. I ordered my food online and go to pick it up. It is not ready, they said they never received my order and I have to order my food again and work to get refunded from my online order.

The staff was jovial and friendly. I don’t have a Chipotle near my house so I often frequent them when in other cities. This one is as good as you’d expect from any other. Atmosphere is industrial, so if you love that look then bump my rating up a notch.

If you have been to several chipotles, it is easy to realize why this one is superior. Friendly service, but most importantly large portions, great accommodation of requests, fresh (nothing is missing!!) ingredients, and pricing as you’d expect. Cannot ask much more from a massive chain restaurant…this franchise location is great relatively speaking.

Good food. Service was friendly and fast. The place was not as crowded some locations seem to be. Clean, well laid out dining room and great outdoor seating area for when the weather is nice.

This Chipotle is rarely open. They seem to be having severe staffing shortages (see picture). I’ve attempted to amend the hours on Google Maps in light of this sign, but someone (perhaps the owner) changed it back. It’s not open the hours advertised on here. I’ve come at other times as well, usually afternoons during the week after the gym, and it’s often closed too. I think in the last couple months, I’ve only caught it open once.

the meat is always cold, they lock the doors and only allow online orders a lot even when that makes absolutely no sense. just to check i placed an online order. they prepared it… i had to get the managers attention to unlock the door and let me in to grab my order. What is the difference if i just walk in and order it? filthy soda station that frequently lets out unflavored soda water. i suggest going to the one in huntvalley. or any other to be honest, the staff isn’t too friendly. just simply looking like they’d rather do anything else but be there helping you- went to it a bunch thinking it would only be a one time thing but it happened every time.

I understand they’re busy, and trying to be fast. But the way they construct the burritos, you get all cheese, then all sour cream, then all meat. Your supposed to get some of everything in each bite. Put the ingredients in a line,on top of each other. Not separate piles of each ingredients.
