Normally I have good experience at this Chipotle. Today I got a burrito, came home, unwrapped it, and this is what it looked like. How am I supposed to eat this? And they didn’t even give me a fork. What if I didn’t have one where I was eating this? Couldn’t have at least double-wrapped it in another tortilla if you saw everything was falling out and not closing properly? This made me really angry and I completely lost my appetite trying to eat this ridiculous excuse for a burrito.

I order from Uber eats and the delivery was on point. I order a half steak half chicken burrito bowl. I was looking for the meat, moved everything to this side. I found a few pieces of chicken and a few pieces of steak. This isn’t even a full portion with both meats combined. I took a pic and can’t even upload

the food was fine but the staff were so rude. I asked for no beans and the worker was extremely rude about it and said “when you say no beans it sounds like you want beans say you dont want beans next time.” The audacity this girl had to be extremely passive aggressive- I was actually shocked because there was no reason for her to speak to me like that.

They don’t accept cash! I’m not fond of using credit cards when I have cash but I had to forcefully use one the day I came here because for no reason at all they don’t accept cash which by law is legal tender! Won’t ever buy food here again since the cashier was rude when I questioned why they don’t accept cash. I rather drive up to dobbin road to get chipotle than give this place my money.

I have been here twice in the past few weeks. Each time the workers behind the counter were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The food was as expected – consistent and good. I would have given 5, but there was no plastic knives, only forks. The food court could do a much better job at cleaning unused tabpes – they were pretty bad.

I ordered two burritos today and a large water. The bill was $29.26, charged $3.25 for ice water!!! The cashier should have told me I could have had a free water instead of charging $3.25, and they do NOT offer a military discount!!! The burritos were less than average!! The steak was warm, not hot and very tough!! The other burrito, a sofritas (tofu) tasted like seasoned cardboard… the employees with the exception of the manager were not very polite. I will not be going back to Chipotle!! Taco Bell and Mighty Taco are way better and much less expensive and both offer a military discount.

Proper food handling process wasn’t being flowed. Chicken was left on grill too long to the point that it burned. Gloves wasn’t changed after handling food and other things.
