Terrible experience. I was near the shopping center when I decided to go there, oh what a bad choice I made, first of all the line was too long, and it took 20 minutes to finally order which was only one thing. My burrito was wide open for a good 5 minutes! I don’t know if they were short staff but there was only one person taking the order and another at the register. There was no utensils, napkins etc, the service line was dirty. Definitely bad management, I’m not coming back to this location.

I was very disappointed with my order. I had ordered the chicken burrito with a few of the ingredients. The burrito wasn’t wrapped tight and the food was cold. I had to wrap aluminum foil around it and heat in the oven to get the food warm/hot before I could eat it. Did not have this problem the first time I ordered the chicken burrito, so that’s why I’m shocked at the chicken burrito being cold and wrapped poorly during my second time ordering the chicken burrito.

There was literally zero spinach for the spinach salad! All the other locations have a very nice healthy mix.

there’s a worker with an ugly attitude, she usually does 2 low buns, she’s hispanic and has a nose piercing, wears makeup and big lashes and gave me really bad service, i’ve always loved this place until she started working there , this used to be my go to chipotle but definitely not no more. She’s always giving everyone attitude , the times i’ve been there I’ve gotten bad customer service from her. Today I walked in and asked for extra white rice, she looked at me and rolled her eyes like girl i’m not be eating a burrito with no rice on it. Another thing I want to talk about is the trash can outside, Jesus christ It was everywhere even on some of the parking lots. FIRE HER AND FIX THAT TRASH CAN!!

We ordered half steak and half chicken bowel today around 7:30 pm. The meat was not properly cut, it is like string attached together. It also has spongy fatty meat in it. We are disappointed. We usually don’t write review ; however, we felt to do something about it today. We are hopeful the management takes a corrective action

Not only did they put FRESH sofritas on top of OLD sofritas on the food line but then they gave me MOLDED fruit which was apart of the meal for my KID!

I have been going to chipotle for years mostly no issues .I went to this located today as its right by my office. As always ordered my food and requested a bottled drink with mango. She Spanish girl at the POS stand said they were out of it , no issues there . It happens. I said in that case I would just get water . She said there was no water cup , I was like , I still would want to drink water though . She said if I need to drink water then I need to pay $3 and some change. I refused . She was actually okay tossing the food in the trash than giving me water . The most disgusting behavior I have seen . I left without getting the food or paying.. SMH ! One less place to worry about , plenty of other great places to eat .
