This place does not follow the black bean recipe or salsa recipes, they are always very spicy. I eat spicy food and enjoy it, however my son does not! I ordered beans for my 2 year old and he was so upset by the spiciness of these beans. Not sure why the beans would be this spicy.

Unfortunately, the staff and manager of this location are very rude and inconsiderate and the inside of restaurant is very dirty. I went there last Sunday when I was very hungry, when it was my turn the employee started preparing the online order food, and I waited for about 20 minutes but they still didn’t take care of me when I asked politely to take my order, He treated me very badly and used the “F” word, when I called the manager he was almost attacking me and angrily told me you have to wait. I ended up leaving hungry and heartbroken. This kind of behavior will hurt your business. I would give them ZERO star if I could. After being a Chipotle customer for 25 years I will never go there again، never.

I visited 2 weeks ago and the staff was very rude. I reached the restaurant at the pickup promised time. the restaurant was empty at that time and around 5-6 people walk in to the restaurant after me (they were doing in-person order). The staff starts prepping their order instead of mine which was placed 10-15 min ahead. When confronted the cashier rudely said dont do DoorDash (i placed through chipotle app). He also said stand in line for in person order if you are in that much hurry. I am not DoorDash delivery driver but is that how your staff behaves with them? Also the reason to place order ahead of time is to have order ready ahead. Not giving preference to people who walk 15 min later into restaurant. Atleast my order should have been placed in the queue not kept aside.

Always love chipotle . This location is busy .. it’s good to order online and then pick up , instead of going there and ordering ! There is a wait time if ordered there. As always the food was great . Always love their rice bowls and guac/chips. Parking is a big problem here . Make sure you park in side streets if possible . It’s an awesome spot though. Good experience overall..

My first Chipotle experience, not a good one. Minimal people inside, everyone was working in web orders. After a solid 10 minutes standing at the counter the guy said he has one more order. He comes back to me looks me straight in the eyes grabs a clean set of gloves and grabs another web order. I left infuriated.

Chipotle is always been my fav for their Mexican mix and instant pickup option. And this one at Rio helps you to easy pickup your food and sit next to the lake and enjoy your meal with your family and friends. Love their service. Giving 4 star coz the chips was not fresh and crispy and sometimes it is too salty.
