I ordered 3 chicken tacos and out of the 3 tacos 1. Had the correct amount of chicken the other two as you can tell only had 2 to 3 pieces. Spend way too much to not have the proper amount of protein. If I didn’t check my bag I wouldn’t have chips now. I guess I need to start checking and see what the tacos look like before I leave. I ordered online.

We ordered online and when i came to pick it up it wasn’t there. Apparently they gave the order to someone else. Now i have to prove we ordered and paid by giving them an order confirmation. I notice while waiting there everyone else who were picking up didn’t show an order confirmation so why should I? They probably gave the order to someone else and now they took it out on me. I asked the cashier what happened to our order and she just said she doesn’t know. What???? Not acceptable! I waited half an hour because i thought they were making my order because another girl found my order and showed it to me. Waited and waited and when i asked again where the order was, they asked for a confirmation order. Wow! Never coming back to this place!

something in the food was SOUR I think it was the Pico. My son woke up with very bad stomach cramps. Worst Chipotle I’ve been to. Spent a half hour in line when there were less then 5 people in front of me. When I finally was able to order they rushed through my order extremely quick barely putting half a scoop of ingredients. I got 2 burrito bowls I might as well have gotten a kids meal for what they put in it. And I got charged double for meat. Will never come back to this Chipotle.

The food is great, but the service here is really bad. They take way too much priority over online orders compared to in person people.Some of them. I understand it can be overwhelming as one time when I was in there. One of the employees hands was shaking when she was trying to make my order. I’ve had a few bad experiences as well with one person not even checking for my order and just blindly giving it away to a person in front of me And other employees being rude. And seeming like they don’t want to do their job. The service here used to be so great but since online orders are ramping up they have been bad. I wish they would have a separate station for online orders.

Super small portions here. Charging as much as they do and give you half a scoop of protein for your bowl. It’s rediculous. I get more food at the 2 other Chipotles I go to. Avoid this rip-off.

Aralynn was very helpful with helping us choose items off the menu. This was our first time here, so we were unfamiliar with the food choices. She recommended several of the tacos. We each got a mix of tacos, all of which were tasty and flavorful. We ordered dessert and absolutely LOVED the guava cheesecake. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys something new and fresh.
