Tables are disgusting.. took forever for my food ( 25 min) even tho it was a pre order. I made the pick up time to be 9:40 and I got my order at 10:15… the restaurant was empty. My burrito was filled with only rice and a little bit of chicken. Absolutely no queso, lettuce or sour cream. Completely bland. Gross. My bf got mostly rice too even though he had 10 things added to his meal. Honestly a disappointment.

Dirty floors, dirty tables with food left overs and trash. Lots of flyies and seems like they need to call pest control because they have ants all over the tables feeding on the left overs. Trash cans were full. Do you guys sanitize your fountain machine and change your water filters? Even your water taste disgusting and smells weird. Food was still we got the last scoop of rice, he actually scraped the metal container in order to fill up the spoon, beans were dry, chicken tasted old and the carnitas was also dry. About the service. No one had a name tag on. An Asian guy was serving the food (he was nice and friendly), a young Hispanic lady was the cashier (she was ok), but the woman in the middle between both of them had an attitude, she was rude, unpolite and lack of customer service skills. We actually order an extra side of chicken which cost $3.45 +tax. The guy serving, gave us a reasonable amount, but this woman actually open up our plate, dumped all the chicken back from our plate back into the tray, grabed a small souffle cup, puted some chicken in it and handle it to us… Isn’t a single order of chicken at Chipotle suppose to be 4oz? She probably fitted between 10 and 15 dices of chicken in it. When I asked her if she would pay $3.45 +tax for that amount of chicken she answered back with an attitude “Oh no, I wouldn’t pay that, but it is what it is”.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever visited. I requested fresh food instead of settling for the bottom of the serving pot and I was told that I had to wait five minutes. I said that’s fine but after waiting 20 minutes I finally saw fresh food. Unfortunately, the food they put in the bowl was cold so I requested a new bowl. I asked for the manager, who stated that she was the manager. She then proceeded and took the cold bowl of food to the corner and I was not able to see her make my food. I’m very particular about the handling of my food due to having food poison in the past from another restaurant. She then began to become argumentative when I asked her to make my food in front of me instead of taking it to a corner and then bringing it back. Again, she stated that I had to wait for the food to finish cooking. I asked her why and she gave me a smirk and said I made your bowl from over there.

When I went in today, the woman serving me gave me very little and was stingy. She was also giving off a very judgmental vibe. When I tried to ask for more, she just gave mine aside to the next person and it took 5 minutes just to get white rice. And they almost forgot our drinks. Step up your game.

I just want to take a moment to give kudos to tonight’s team. This is the first chipotle I’ve been to, that’s been super efficient and the folks on the line are SO KIND. I’m very particular about my bowl and they were very accommodating. The food is extra flavorful- and the fajitas were made just right- not over cooked! Usually I get dry steak but this was perfect. Everywhere else you get mean mugged by some or just don’t get a good customer service vibe when being specific about your bowl. Here the first employee (silver braids) very personable and patient with everyone. I really appreciate her. You don’t know what people go through and the fact that in today’s short staffed era during Covid your staff could be so kind and patient- it means so much! Great team!

I went to get Chipotle around 6:30pm no white rice wait time 15 minutes. How irresponsible store manager the the lady who ring me up charged extra for guacamole which I never bought or put in my food. When I’m asking her about the charges she wants aware what my talking about. She was just standing and staring at the receipt. I asked her can you refund those charges and no answer. After 5 minutes she asked one of her managers or colleagues to explain her mistake. Guess what she looked at the receipt and refund one fee and without looking at the charges. I asked her ma’am I told you I was charged twice and could you refund my second refund too. Then after explaining she asked me again so you did not get any guacamole. I told her I explained you guys already 4 times what I got. This was the world experience and please guys check your receipt what you are paying for. Chipotle is a big franchises and has good reputation, but people who work there should be more accurate and responsible.
