Gave me the smallest portion of chicken I’ve ever gotten at any chipotle location in my life. It was like 7 small pieces of chicken and I asked for a bit more and she told me I’d need to pay extra. Unacceptable, will not be coming back here. Also the food is so bland!

I grabbed a quick lunch here that was a salad with chicken. The staff are very nice and we’re very accommodating to my special requests. It was very efficient and I was in and out in under a few minutes. The food was perfect and met my exact expectations. I did not dine inside but it was very clean and well spaced. Definitely will be coming back here.

I had an order delivered by door dash half an hour ago. Chipotle only gave me a 1/4 cup of salad dressing. They didn’t even fill it up half way. It was really disappointing considering it was 19$ for my order. There was barely any chicken in my salad.

I am very disappointed with this chipotle , they can’t even make the el pastor chicken correctly . Keep in mind I’ve been to plenty of chipotle locations and they’re chicken is actually on point and good . This location in specific lacks the taste and flavor of the actual el pastor chicken. It’s basically regular chicken called el pastor chicken . Their chef needs to get it together and learn how to make el pastor chicken . Why advertise it if you can’t make it correctly . Also they barely fill my bowl up and I just am completely dissatisfied

I ordered carry out and was helped by Jordan Hongtong the manager. Once I sat down to enjoy my bowl , I realized that the food temperature was not hot or warm, I had a bowl with extra chicken. And the cold condiments was tomato and corn both half portions of, I get the same order at every chipotle and I never have had an issue with my bowl. I spoke with jordon about my concerns of the bowl and how I will not enjoy the food I then asked if I could just have a quesadilla instead, that is half the price of my bowl with extra chicken. I gave him my full bowl back and he then said he just checked all the temperatures for the food and nothing should be wrong and in that case he will not refund or give me a quesadilla. He threw my food in the trash and printed my receipt for my order and told me sorry. I’m not out of my money and no food … off to five guys next door with great customer service. Hopefully when I speak with the GM tomorrow they will refund or I will gladly call my bank. I was very nice and respectful to Jordan and even the other employees looked appalled at his behavior and decision.
