This store compares very favorably with almost every other Chipotle I have visited. The staff moves the line quickly and the ingredients are always fresh, and the portions are not too stingy. I order on the app and they always have it ready on time. The staff is super nice and very accommodating. The store is very clean especially considering the amount of foot traffic they get.

Based on other Chipotle’s, this location is always inferior. The chicken is usually dry and the steak is either dry or chewy. I live nearby and so I have eaten at this location several times. The rice is not always cooked correctly and there is usually too much onion in the tomato salsa topping. In general, I usually go to other Chipotle locations for better quality food. I think there is very poor employee morale and a high turn over rate because I always see new faces.

Roxana was the worst part of my dining experience she was moody, with money in my hands she chose to help a number of delivery guys making me wait. When I asked for a bag for my burrito bowl she chucked it at me!! And walked away. Never returning avoid this location at all cost

Love Chipotle. Hate the one on Willard ave in Bethesda. Out of lettuce, guacamole was brown, chips were stale, “shredded” cheese had huge chunks of ungrated cheese, and food wasn’t hot. Worst Chipotle experience ever.

I’m not sure what’s going on but I ordered my usual Kids meal quesadillas today at lunch time and I was charged $9.50 ridiculous! I’ve never paid that much so I am not coming back and it tastes funny as well not good at all. I’ve been coming to this location for a very long time and somewhat disappointed with the changes. I just paid and left because I will not return and I know myself and didn’t want to start flipping furniture around.
