This place is very slow more than normal. I went when there was only 3 ppl in line. They won’t let you order a quesadilla in line you have to order them online because the machine that makes the quesadillas is in the back. It doesn’t make any sense. I ordered two bowls in line and than had to wait 30 minutes for my quesadillas that I had to order online. I was there for about 50 minutes to get food. It’s ridiculous. Once I asked for my money back. That’s when my quesadillas they brought me. It’s sad.

The cashier girl was extremely rude today I had order something last time and they had forgotten to a tortilla to my bag so today I went in order my food and the manager still told the girl in The front to not charge me for the the tortilla and was charging me after I told her the manager told her not to she said “THATS NOT MY PROBLEM” like it’s not my problem you ain’t hear your manager say something to you! The manager was wonderful no complaints about her but that girl no worst customer service from her!

I love chipolte but now if you order a burrito bowl with the tortilla inside they charge extra .25 l know is not a lot but if you have a budget order the burrito without the bowl. I did not order a side tortilla. So i asked and they told me that they are charging for the tortilla but the the bowl and the are the same price.

I’ve come to this location multiple times, and every time there’s something wrong with the food. If it’s not bits of corn and onion floating in the sour cream, it’s the cartilage from the chicken. Or undercooked hard rice. I’m allergic to corn and onion, and every time. Every single time, I find some in my bowl. I’ve even found little pieces of bone, which shouldn’t even be in chicken breast but somehow is. Unless it’s insanely hard cartilage that I end up chipping my tooth on. Workers are slow, and pay very little attention to detail. I try to give this location a chance whenever I can, but I’m always and I mean always, disappointed.
