This location always shorts the bowels on proteins. Today I literally counted 6 pieces of chicken total in my bowl. My sons meal was missing both sides. They gave him 2 hard tacos and beef..nothing else that he ordered! I called and spoke with Gloria the manager. She was arrogant, did not care and just told me to file a complaint online. I asked if she was going to do anything about it, she said the email will come to her…I then asked would she fix these issues today. She said no! Wow…

The amount of meat I get each time changes and leaves me dissatisfied at times. Because of this, I don’t go as often as I would. Management should address this. Perhaps Chipotle should use a more precise utensil/scooper or other method that measures meat more consistently so that each customer receives the same amount, and so I ultimately don’t feel cheated by the portion size.

Going into this Chipotle is such an unpleasant experience! Very rude, unprofessional, and inhospitable staff! They act like they hate their jobs and you too! If you ask for anything beyond what little portions they give you, they look at you like you’re the scum of the earth. The managers have the same bad attitudes. It’s almost like they train them to be rude instead of nice at this location. I’d rather drive to Laurel or Columbia.

Once upon a time businesses used to train young staff about customer service. Smile and greet the customer, if you can’t help them immediately, let them know you’ll be right with you and thank them for coming. The staff here is absolutely dreadful. They look annoyed that you wish to patronize their business. I wish the manager would address this immediately as this is not the only review citing this.

They do a good job cooking the food at this location, but the attitudes of the staff – routinely HORRIBLE! They immediately make it clear they don’t want to serve you. Whenever I get a salad, they give me a little lettuce to basically garnish the bowl. The last time, the manager actually said she would charge me for extra lettuce if I got more than the half-handful they gave me. It’s A SALAD, ma’am!!!!

It’s a Chipotle so you know the food is constantly good. Love the new brisket burrito! The only downfall to this Chipotle is that it’s so damn busy and crowded. Don’t even attempt to go there once school lets out…..disastrous long lines with stupid drivers everywhere. Good quality food though, great customer service.

How difficult can it be to follow an online order? I got there and the bag was not ready, then I see the guy putting in stuff I didn’t order, eventually they decide to start my order from scratch and it was the slowest 3 burritos I have ever experienced. I am not ordering online again, it is faster to just di the line and look at them making the burrito. It was a standard order so I can’t understand what went wrong…long story short it? Added at least 30 minutes to my order (3 burritos). I would be ok if it was the first time, but the worst is the look they give you as if you are the one bothering them. I submitted a comment online with the option of hear from a chipotle representative but I am still waiting the call. From the other reviews it looks like I am not the only one having the same experience.
