We visited on a Wednesday evening. The food was fine, although as usual the portions seem rather haphazard; we all ordered our bowls with chicken and got wildly varying portions. But that’s normal Chipotle stuff.

I like coming the most to this chipotle to the fact that they give you way more food than other corporations in other areas i recommend . Go in the 2 or 3 pm that crew is great workers friendly environment . I order a burrito and came out to be a great size that they had to wrapped twice with the flour tortilla and i didnt add any extra . Burrito was wrapped correctly .

I went in to get a chicken quesadilla at 3:19pm on Friday 04/07/2023. I asked for a chicken quesadilla and extra sour cream. The short Hispanic girl with red hair did not put it in. She put my quesadilla in a bowl without sour cream which was cooked with lettace inside of my food and I didn’t ask for that. I came back to tell them and they seem to have a attitude. The chick with red hair just threw sour cream in the container and pushed it on the counter. It almost fell off the counter. She looked at me and smirked with the other two ladies. Very unprofessional and rude. I would not go back there. They are disrespectful.

Hit or miss location. Place is really dirty, stations a mess, food under cooked or they stiff you on portion size. Wait is always pretty quick even with a super long line. Chorizo and other speciality meats may not be in stock at times. Best to get to the front and ask ahead to see if they’ll have what you want

Lines are usually really short during the off season when school is not in. Food has always been fresh but sometimes they hire people and put them on the chipotle line without being really trained but cant deduct it a star over that but I come here often so may change if anything changes

I just bought 5 bowls of double meat chicken and steak borito bowls to go and I wish I can return them now. The chicken and steak are all old and stale and not as good as I know it to be. As I sat down at home blaming myself for not going to a different Chipotle location instead, I realized that colleges students from UMCP who are their major customer base are closed from school and therefore patronage is comparably low for them. But damn, why will you still sell a food that have been sitting there so long and has gotten old and stale? That is unfair and I demand a complete refund of the over $70 that I spent. I am absolutely not satisfied . Worse of all, the lady serving the food was talking too much over the food and she had no mask on. Omg what a day! If she loves to talk that much, then she must put on the mask when serving the food please!

Very dirty facility, trash all over the floor and overflowing bins. The restaurant is not equipped to handle the volume of traffic it receives. In addition to a long line the workers were too overwhelmed to property accommodate my food order, and I had to leave without everything I ordered. Horrible service, avoid if possible

My family has ordered take out orders a half a dozen times from this location. Our order has never been correct. NEVER. This time we ordered two burritos and a bowl. We received three bowls. And the one bowl we did order was a vegetarian bowl, but they left off the guacamole. I tried to complain less publicly by calling the store, but they do not accept calls. I suggest ordering from the Hyattsville location. We will do that next time. Fingers crossed it’s less of a disaster.
