The services the lady provides was exceptional for Chipotle, however, the food here as compared to other Chipotle chains are lacking really behind. Not sure if it’s because they over cook large portions and let stuff sit for too long, but the meat feels chewy and not as fresh.

Whoever is running the online ordering, is TERRIBLE at it. Ask for extra cheese, you’ll get less than the normal amount. Barely any meat, it’s really just a bowl of rice honestly. The manager always has a terrible attitude like she hates her job and us customers are just an inconvenience to her. There are a select few who do the in-person ordering that are pleasant. I will not be doing online ordering again that’s for sure.

like always food is great. some of the Hispanic ladies has some poor customer service and rude. one person tried to take money saying that it was counterfeit. I argued and got my money back and went to the bank to confirm and of course it wasn’t.

Placed on line and one order completely wrong. Can’t get anyone on phone to remake and save time since I’m now late for work. Get back to location told to wait in line. Food line makers need to be more aware of allergens while dropping beef in the chicken pot and proceeding to serve chicken with beef in it. Cashier walks away to do order things in back leaving customers waiting for no reason. This is usually a good location but tonight wasn’t it hoping to b able to edit this to a great comment in future

At 9pm I was told I can call in my order. That’s crazy to me because the store closes at 11pm. Workers lazy and act like you’re not paying for the food.

The lines are long, rice is old and hard, service is super slow. They will get your order wrong right in front of you. Also, it’s not the cleanest place.

I just got my food and it wasn’t hot but lukewarm at best. Also, almost every time I order from this location, the bowls are never full. I don’t know if that’s a new thing you guys implemented but as a customer we pay too much money to only get a half spoon of each item. I’m happy I got my food but I wish it was fuller and hot.

Please do not visit or order from this location. It happened twice that I ordered online and they “didn’t get” my order so I had to wait for them to make it even though I ordered well in advance. The last straw was that one of the chicken bowls I ordered had no chicken. I had to drive back to them and they made me show them the bowl before giving me a very small side of chicken. They offered no apology, they actually seemed incredibly annoyed I was complaining. Really the worst Chipotle I’ve been too, please don’t give them your business.
