The young African-American female at the counter was rude and acted very put upon to have to serve up 2 steak burrito bowls. There were no other customers while I was there. She first got out 2 burrito tortillas instead of bowls and I had to restate that the order was for bowls. She then said they had no white rice and I replied that I wanted brown. She asked if I wanted beans and I replied no beans, just lettuce, cheese, corn and salsa. She interrupted, replying they were out of lettuce, cheese and corn. I said “fine” and she proceeded to only half fill the bowls with the remaining ingredients. I asked for 2 sides of guacamole and she began to fill 2 cups with sour cream. I asked her if that was guacamole and she replied “yes” and continued. I then told her that was “sour cream and that I had asked for guacamole, the green stuff”. I then pointed to it before she seemed to understand and dumped out the sour cream and then started to scoop up the guacamole. She asked if I wanted anything else; I replied that I would like some chips. She retorted that they were out of them. I just paid for my order and left. My wife informed me when I got home that she received similar treatment from the same employee within the last week. A very unpleasant experience that I don’t want to chance repeating. We have been customers to this location for several years. We won’t be returning while this employee continues to work there. $30 for 2 meals is a lot to pay for low quality food, missing ingredients and rude service; we will be going elsewhere.

This location definitely needs staff training with customer service and taking food orders, not getting an attitude with a customer, while other workers are laughing and not paying attention. I had to say my order twice speaking more louder to get an accurate order placed. There is no structure to know who is responsible, understandably kids are working there as well. But attentiveness is key when serving food to customers

Another review to state how awful the staff is at this location. Management should really try to make a change given all the negative feedback. Labelle was at the register tonight and should not be interacting with customers. Rude, unfriendly, dismissive, huffy, unapologetic after charging the order incorrectly, etc. It never fails that there’s an issue with the order in general, but to add nasty customer service makes it that much worse. This is the last time we’re stepping foot in this location, and instead will drive further to other Reston Chipotles if needed. I recommend you do the same and not waste your time or money here.

Probably the worst service I have ever experienced. Extremely rude and scoffing at customers. It was 8:30 pm on May 9th, and they were closing everything. No steak. No corn. No tacos. They were ignoring customers in line to order because they had to “clean”. Employees in the back are laughing and not doing any work. The unprofessionalism was honestly impressive. Normally it’s an average experience but this night was something else. If I could give five stars for the absolute audacity to ignore customers I would, but I guess a 1 star Google review will do.

Wish I could give 0 stars – save your self some time and skip the S Lakes location and hop over to the Reston Town Center location. I was there tonight, May 9th at around 8:45pm and it was not a good experience. We arrived more than a hour and a half before closing, and they had already closed down everything and were out of steak, corn, tacos, and sour cream. We asked if they could make more steak since it was only 8:30 and they were so rude and annoyed. Finally who I assume was the manager said she would make more but it would be 10 minutes. Well more than 25 minutes later and she hadn’t even started cooking it.

Do not order through food delivery. This is my second time ordering and very little food is given (compared to what they usually give). They did not include the veggies and there is more cheese than rice in my bowl. Very disappointing. Other places like Cava and Mezah are more consistent.

Clean and kind employees. You get what you expect from Chipotle. Some chipotles are little cheap on food amount but this location is not like them. I would definitely stop by again if ai am around here. I was here on lunch time and I didn’t wait on the line at all. If you are rush and want to eat something very quick, this location is good place for you.

just got 2 bowls and a young lady was trash talking about me in spanish not knowing i speak spanish didn’t say anything because there was a lot of people but chipotle needs to improve their customer service this is getting ridiculous not once did i raise my voice or was rude to her.
