There was old food on the floor in multiple places. When we asked for a cup for water, we were told to buy a cup. We got a kids meal and it only had one small quesadilla. There was no lettuce. The fajita veggies were moldy. This is one chipotle we will never visit again. It needs new management and new employees that care.

The cashier stabbed some poor woman who wanted extra quac with her quesadilla and then proceeded to tell everyone that she was going to call the cops on them if they ever told her boyfriend about the incident. I was a little shaken up by the whole incident but still ordered because I was starving. The chicken was cold though so that’s why I hold back on giving this a 5 star review.

I should have read the reviews before coming in. Portions are a joke, less than half a spoon of the protein! Rude staff who pretends not to speak English. A request to talk to the manager on duty was ignored.

I’ve had 3 times in the past 2 months where they messed up something on my order. The most recent time they forgot salsa but included a piece of paper in the burrito bowl, on my wife’s order. She’s been in contact with them, but I won’t be going back to this location. The other Leesburg location on the east side of town has been great for years.
