Bro. This consistently be the dirtiest chipotle I ever been to. Food everywhere. First time in my life I had to ask them to wipe down the exterior of my bowl cause the workers gloves was drenched in sour cream and was smearing it all over my tin top. So gross and unsanitary at this chipotle

Usually there’s no issues, however, the last few times it’s getting worse. Last time my bowl was half full. This time it was full, perfect size. The flavor was HORRIBLE, a sweet taste to the food. Not able to eat it at all.

This is the 3rd and last time I order in this chipotle. I order a bowl with brown rice. Lettuce steak and tomatoes and a side of guacamole and chips. The bowl had everything but what I wanted, the guacamole had cheese and lettuce mixed in the cup and also the guacamole was super black, the chips were basically tortillas. They never put utensils or napkins.. so disappointed

Used to be really good, there was a slow slight decline but it was still decent until Biden got in. Lots of employee turnover – they used to be friendly on and top of it, now the staff are either rude, sullen, or bewildered.

I’ve been coming to this location forever but lately the service my family and I have been receiving is making us not want to ever come back. There is a specific lady behind the counter that is always rude everytime I come in and gives you the smallest portion of rice and gets an attitude when you ask for more. This location desperately needs new staff members that are friendly and welcoming. I’d rather order online or doordash than to go inside and receive such bad service from people with attitudes.

Food is typical for chipotle. The staff is the worse. They’re always rude! I mean ALWAYS rude! I think it would actually hurt their faces if they cracked a smile. They are theeeeee slowest too. Line is always wrapped around the restaurant. I hate it’s the only chipotle in Gainesville, i wish we had options.

I came with my family to eat and the staff was very rude. I complained to the manager and the manager just said “ok” and she walked away. I think this will be the last time I will come to this chipotle. Please change the staff or at least train them better.

Just left w a burrito bowl. I was a little disappointed in the limited portion of rice and beans, but then the bowl was slid down the line to the best woman on the planet. There weren’t name tags so I can’t name her (average height, blonde hair). She grabbed SCOOPS and HANDFULS of the corn, tomatoes and so on. She gently laid cheese and pressed down, then the the lettuce and pressed down to make sure it all fit. I gasped with happiness, and she jumped. Ooo, thank you Chipotle Queen!
