Placed a pick up order. It wasn’t ready in time even though there was no one in the restaurant. My drink and side tortillas were all missing, which I had to point out. Once I got home, both burrito bowls were completely screwed up. The only thing they got correct was the protein and rice type. This is the second time they’ve screwed up my order…. Won’t be picking up from this location ever again.

We went in around 5pm on Wednesday, August 2nd, to order some food. We didn’t see any bottled cokes in the fridge while we were being rang up and asked the cashier named Maddie—just to see if there were any in the back. And she gave an attitude with her “no.” And then we asked if my chipotle account was scanned when my order came up, she again with an attitude said “and what about it?”

My son placed an order through Door Dash. When the order arrived, it was incorrect. We verified they delivered the order with the correct name since we’ve had this issue before, but Chipotle just got the order wrong. I drove to the store and told them what happened. I can’t say I was the happiest, but I don’t feel like I was rude, just stern. We pay lots of fees to Door Dash and Uber Eats and get wrong orders all the time. This time I was home and able to go back to the store to complain. Each and every employee was polite and quick to act. They made the correct order in as little as 10 minutes. The service industry is a hard line of work and I appreciate how professional everyone was!

When they’re good, they’re on point with any other chipotle around. However, they are regularly out of key ingredients at popular times. If you order online, you may not know you’re missing an item or two until you are home.
