This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The service is pretty much nonexistent. I waited in line for 40 minutes for a bowl to go, and when I finally got to the front they ran out of chicken. The chefs in the back were chilling, showing no sense of urgency. I had to settle for a different kind of meat because I was t willing to wait any longer. When I finally got to the checkout station, I had to wait another ten minutes because the employee manning checkout was nowhere to be found. I won’t be returning to this location.

This place definitely need new management, ordered a bowl of beans with 4 sides ask for her to put 2 scoops of extra pinto beans and she barely filled the spoon,seem like she was hired to serve less food,once I questioned her concerning how little her servings were opposed to other Chipotle I went to she immediately got an attitude,I will not return to this place.

Whoever was working on June 22nd 1:00PK deserves a raise! They need to have a way to permanently BAN customers. The woman who ordered before me was so rude and obnoxious I couldn’t believe it. I would’ve lost my job had I been working. She was terrible, I’m so sorry to the employees who had to put up with her.

Just popped in to pick up a burrito and a large queso. Specifically asked the server if I could have a fresh queso, as the one I could see was thick and yellow and almost empty. He said there was a new one in the back, and it would just take a minute to get it. Someone went to the back and bought out the queso, already in the container, so I just assumed that it was fresh. When I opened it at home, it was not fresh. It was thick and yellow like it had been sitting out at least a couple of hours. I would have appreciated it if they had just said they didn’t have any fresh queso. Why lie and sell me a $6.00 cup of goo? I’ve purchased the queso blanco often and this was not it. Treating customers like they’re stupid is a really bad idea.

Now I love me some chipotle guys but this location here was not so good. I seen workers sneezing and coughing and serving food to customers. The employees could be on break and after they finish they just head back to the kitchen they don’t wash hands. One employee sneezed and was wiping her nose with a tissue and I mean she was so far up her nose girlfriend didn’t even think to wash her hands. I stopped eating from this location because it’s just not sanitary

We brought soft tacos and a chicken fajita wrap. I didn’t get sour cream on my tacos because I requested to get it on the side. My son asked for extra sour cream on his wrap. Idk why or where the manager came from as we were paying for our food, but she came up and stated, “The next time you will have to pay for the soir cream.” Me and my son was confused. She stated it again and my told her that sour cream was for my tacos she didn’t care to care. She continued being rude and stated WE WILL PAY for sour cream the next time.

They really make me dislike chipotle let’s start off by the line was so long it took me about 35 mins before I could order because they only had one person working ! Doing online orders and store orders. Also on top of that the unpleasant attitudes I always receive and it’s not from all of them ..I can say the one that’s always on the register she’s very friendly.. the lady idk if she’s a manger but she needs to work on her attitude I can understand it can get hectic with the crowd but you still have to learn how to still Have good customer service skills .. there was also an incident where one of the workers took food off my plate instead of letting me keep it and put it back because she gave me like 3 extra piece of chicken smh ..now I been holding out doing this review for a long time thinking they would change .. but today was the last straw! But you know what I would say one good thing the food is ok but one time I had crunchy rice which means not all the way done but other then that the food be good that’s why I gave 2 star but they just need to work on the customer service.
