$10 and they gave me less meat than Taco Bell. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. This “food” is pathetic. I have no other word to describe it. Complete waste of money. It took everything out of me not to go back to the restaurant and throw the food all over the floor just to make a mess. But given how little food I got, I realized it would have been a small mess and decided I’d eat it and try to make it two hours before going hungry again.

I am completely done with Chipotle in Middletown De, the food is horrible and very salty. The guacamole is not made well chunks of avocado not smooth at all chips are very salty and a restaurant is not clean at all. I can say so much more about how about I just don’t go anymore get all the way home had to go back out to return my food

It’s really a hit or miss with this location. I don’t know what to tell you except that if you’re lucky to get what you ordered and you have a good customer service experience, well the gods are looking down upon you. Good for you. As for me, I’ll give you two to three chances to come back, and that’s it. I’m not revisiting.

Employees with bad attitudes. And they will lock the lobby up at night an hour before they close (I’m assuming they mopped the floor early and don’t feel like doing it again) and tell you mobile orders only.

This chipotle has the most incompetent employees where. I don’t see how hard is it to read an order. I never get what I ask for. They never answer the phone it’s never right. This is the last time I ever order from this location. Ask me they need to be replaced with new people that can read. give them training. Definitely losing a lot of money and for that I’m done.

This location has been dirty every time I’ve gone, and it’s always crowded. The food is good, but the service isn’t. Our order is always wrong when we order online, and you can’t call to speak to anyone about it! You have to go there and stand in the long line to get it fixed!

I’ve held off for a while on reviewing this place but I’m not anymore. This location has some of the most ignorant and disrespectful employees around. If you don’t like your job then quit! Not only are the employees worthless but the place itself is always a mess. Tables are never cleaned, the drink area is always a mess, you’re lucky if there’s any soda that actually has syrup because they barely change out the boxes. When making your meal, they just throw everything on. Especially when you get tacos, you can’t even pick them up to eat them because everything was just thrown on. If I wanted a bowl, I would get a bowl! I got a steak burrito tonight but you would swear it was a rice burrito. Even when they wrapped it up it looked like junk (see pic). I’m just tired of little, disrespectful, children who think that the only people that matter are themselves! This place NEEDS TO CLEAN HOUSE! Fire all these little kids and clean the place up because it’s ridiculous and I’m done with this place.

05/18/2023 around 715. Customer service non existent. No proper food prep. Employees ignoring one another, counters were disgusting, prep stations weren’t clean, and no urgency to fill 4 separate containers that were empty. No management visible. Do better.
