Rude workers. They were filling online orders but they wouldn’t even acknowledge me with we’ll be right with you or something. Then 5 minutes later they started taking my order but the first girl was just throwing things together angrily. The next person was just downright rude and short with me. I walked out. I’m not paying $20 for terrible service and to have my food thrown around so obnoxiously.

Hands down, the worst. The entire establishment was dirty. Everyone behind the counter was disorganized, trying to do their own thing. The music is blasting so loud that you can’t hear the people behind the counter. I had to repeatedly ask them to speak up. Then one of the guys put a massive amount of sour cream on my burrito. They should have just remade it, but the other guy tried folding it. It was a mess. The absolute worst burrito I’ve ever had.

Clearly unacceptable. How can one eat in an establishment that looks like this when you step inside. I ordered a meal to go and even waited around to see if someone was going to clean and still nothing. I seen a few people on break so I thought after they were finished they would attend to clean up. Still nothing. They went in the back and continue about their day. This was just a few pics. The whole restaurant was fifthly with food on floor and counters everywhere!

The last few times I ordered pickup from here they forgot half of my toppings, including the beans. I’m a vegetarian so I order the veggie bowl and tonight I received guac, cheese, and sour cream over the white rice. Not very appetizing. Would’ve really appreciated the black beans and salsas that were also supposed to come with so it wasn’t just cream over bland rice. But hey, at least they remembered my side of queso.

Ordered through DoorDash. Order was delivered, 3 items missing and no napkins or utensils as stated on receipt taped to bag. Contacted Door Dash driver who said he picked up the bag that was ready to be delivered and is not responsible. After calling the location, finally got to Chipotle customer service who cannot give refund, or have the missing items delivered. Supposed to send me vouchers for missing items. He blamed Door Dash and Door Dash blames Chipotle. Would give zero stars if possible

Horrible customer service!!! My first time visiting a chipotle in Philadelphia and never again. The person serving the food was literally throwing the food in my bowl just because. No manners at all. The guac had no onion, cilantro, or salt, extremely tasteless

the employees mean well and work hard but clearly aren’t given the resources by chipotle to delivery quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. there is no excuse for waiting for a pickup order for 35 minutes after it said it was ready on the app. disappointing, chipotle. $13+ per bowl. employees aren’t getting paid enough to care and i don’t blame them. the entire operation is embarassing. if you absolutely have to have chipotle, do NOT go to this one, and especially DO NOT ORDER PICKUP OR TAKEOUT.

Hadn’t been here since 2016, and it was even better than I remembered. An entire team of people built this chicken bowl for me, I was in and out in just a few minutes. And what a heaping pile of a chicken bowl it was! A spoon of guacamole is $3 extra, but it’s worth it. Absolutely delicious. Thank you Chipotle.
