Unfortunately due to the high turnover at the store and maybe even the age of most of the employees customer service is almost nonexistent here. Also if you mobile order ahead they will just give you whatever they have an not follow the instructions. I purposely ordered on Uber eats for pickup and watched as they made a burrito bowl for me with completely different meat than requested and not at all the condiments I selected. Yes the item I ordered was low, but that’s why they have a grill to make more along with multiple employees though so often they like to just stand around chatting instead of working.

I usually don’t write reviews but this location is horrible from the tasteless and questionable food to the rude for no reason service. Like they just opened and the server act like she had a horrible long day. But anyways she threw all my food together and plopped a whole bunch of tasteless guacamole on top. I couldn’t eat it because the whole taco fell apart due to the excessive amount of liquid which made the shell soggy af. I’m just so dissatisfied and disappointed. Btw I took most of the guacamole off so y’all can see it was suppose to be 3 tacos.

Every time I come, the food is good with no problems, but this time, when I got home, I found a wet dead fly in my food ♂️ nasty

Ordered a pretty standard bowl of rice and carnitas, and received a disheartening and underwhelming bowl of sour cream and guacamole with a hint of soggy fajitas, and probably about 10 grains of rice total. suffice to say I will not be returning.

The staff here are truly inept and lazy. They will refuse to let you order anything past 9:30 PM even if there’s still a half hour left of the store’s hours. If you go here past 8 PM, they will refuse to refill any low ingredients, and just tell customers that they don’t have any rice or beans even if there’s plenty of time to remake food. If you speak up, they will argue back and yell at you. I even saw one of the workers making fun of a woman who was ordering!

The wait time is often very long, even when there are not that many customers. They seem to believe no one is in a hurry.

The food was okay. They were low on some options. The first young lady who starts with the wraps or bowls needs to improve her presence. Hopefully, she was so dry because of thw time of day. The other two employees the 2nd in line and the cashier was pleasant. Perhaps, it’s a better environment earlier in the day.

Very hit or miss both food quality wise and service wise. The past 3 times I went, my order was wrong and when I went back up to get it corrected I received attitude. I don’t recommend going any time 2 hours before they close

food was fine, however i went in 40 minutes before closing w my mom and sister as we were looking for something to eat while we wait for our father to get a transplant surgery, you can imagine how relieved we were to see somewhere open. we walked in and the employees purposefully ignored me in line waiting. while i was waiting my mom went to ask an employee if she needed a key or something for the restroom since it was not opening. the employee mumbled and walked away. my mom, being innocent, thought she was supposed to meet her over at the bathrooms. they didn’t, so she came back around to ask again since she misunderstood. the employee told her they were closed, when my mom asked if she meant just closed for the night or closed due to not functioning the girl rolled her eyes infront of her and just said “yes.” she then proceeded to speed walk over to the girl standing infront of me (about to take my order) and tell her “she asked me why the bathrooms are closed after i done told her. she looked at me like i had 3 heads. prolly bc i’m black, if i wasn’t black and i was white i’d be all up on her” as in, she would have liked to argue or who knows. i stood there behoovergasted at the fact that this worker immaturely just walked over to gossip about paying customers right infront of another customer (not to mention the daughter.) while i did speak up and tell her “please do not bring race into her asking why the bathrooms were closed. it’s not unreasonable to ask since it’s half an hour before you actually close”. while my mom is white, my sister and i are also not a high up race either as we are both adopted from china…just thought it was extremely rude and unprofessional. i also work in a customer service job and can understand that people have bad days and the little things can be annoying, but it is extremely important to not let it get in the way of your job

I ordered a grilled chicken burrito bowl with extra meat through the mobile app and when I got back to my office to eat it, I noticed that I couldn’t see that much chicken. So I’m looking through the bowl and I don’t even see a normal sized portion of chicken. The bowl loaded with rice and the chicken that was in the bowl was so burnt, you couldn’t tell it was chicken. My order before this one was a brisket burrito bowl and the meat was so burnt, it tasted like beef jerky. I contacted corporate and they uploaded a free entree to my app.
