Okay and only chipotle closer to work. Most of the time they run out of veggie fajitas and whenever I order online, they let me select but when I open there is no veggies, not even tofu as substitute. They mostly use only one vegetable for fajita like either just red pepper, just green pepper or onions whatever, is cheaper. Moreover, mostly all servers are good except couple and they are rude. I wouldn’t go if i have other chipotle in region.

EVERY single time I order from here, My order is wrong! literally. They never put enough rice or they forget to add my toppings or the meat when everything is literally in black and white in front of them. I pay extra for queso and extra rice/ chicken and they STILL don’t add it

I really love this chipotle so thats why its tough for me to write this review. They are HEAVILY understaffed and a line of about ten people took about 25 minutes to process this afternoon. Their attention and resources were prioritizing the online orders. Only come here if you have an excess of time to spare. I hope this improves because again i genuinely love this particular chipotle.

We walked in at 8 and they barely had anything out. I barely had anything in my bowl cause they had nothing out so I asked for chips so I can fill out the rest of my meal but they legit told me “we don’t sell chips in person anymore.” Also the food tasted like garbage.
