Ordered a veggie bowl, instead they gave a carnitas bowl. I went back to the store to tell them but they insisted it was the right bowl just with incorrect labeling, by the time I arrived home and dug through the toppings, what do I find ? Carnitas. Plus they were only taking in-store online orders due to being short staffed which made me believe the incorrect label excuse but I should’ve went with my gut as soon as I saw the incorrect sticker on the lid.

Long hair in my food (burrito bowl) was the worst part . Ordered online for the family multiple orders. As a Chef for over 15yrs I was very disappointed needless to say. The location near my hometown is always A+. This location though was the not the same. They were extremely busy and overwhelmed due to being short staffed (5 employees) that I seen. 2 cooks making orders, 1 packing up items and handing out to customers, and 1 prep cook trying to make all the backups. I observed said prep cook smoking a cigarette leaning on his car when I pulled in the parking lot. I said to my mom oh they must be slow we’ll get our food quick then. They were only accepting online orders and no walk-ins. Even the main service line and steam tables weren’t on or filled. Employees were using a smaller assembly line to fill all the online orders. I ordered online before going to restaurant so I had no idea what I was walking into. Placed order for 7pm pickup and walked out of the restaurant about 750pm. I noticed that a few items were missing and went back in to let the employee know that I was missing items and she did give them to me without any issues. I’ve been in that exact situation as a chef, overwhelmed and understaffed and I completely felt their pain when I seen what they were dealing with. I didn’t even want to leave this review but something needs to be done. There was a bunch of things I noticed while waiting for my food but I won’t speak on that. Corporate or franchisee can reach out if they like.

Ordered in-app for pickup! Our order was well-packed and accurate, and it was prepared in the promised timeframe. We had the sorfitas bowl and a chicken quesadilla (which only available for online order). One thing I would really like is the option to opt-out the disposable cutlery to cut down plastic waste, since we are having it at home anyway.

Horrible experience! I ordered a burrito online for pick up. When I get back home I realized they gave me a bowl instead (yea I should’ve checked). I call the store and no one answers the phone so I have to chat with a bot online to get my money back. I get a refund and reorder my burrito online for pickup because that’s what I ACTUALLY wanted. I end up standing there and waiting 10 mins for someone to acknowledge me. My order said ready for pickup in the app but they have no orders in the to go section. I gave the name for my order to 2 different people at least 6 times just for them to go and continue making other orders. The 3rd employee comes over and finds my burrito buried in the back of all the to go orders, was ready the entire time I stood there. Now to the burrito, absolutely horrible! The rice tastes a day old and it was constructed so poorly the entire thing fell apart after 3 bites. I can’t even rewrap it. This is super inconvenient because I’m working from home and have used up all my breaks making trips back there so I’m stuck with this now. It’s going in the trash.

Stopped after going to Sesame Place. The staff was busy but the place was pretty empty. Most of the tables needed to be clean, the ice machine was out and lots of people doing pick up. Will just be doing pick up if I need to get food around here.

We came in and order two bowls. There doesn’t seem to be any problem with the food but the staff is a whole different story. As soon as we walked in it just felt negative, as soon as we were greeted to order the guy had a major attitude and seemed like he couldn’t care less about his job. The second girl down the line was also extremely rude and also had and earbud in WHILE on the line and was constantly asking both customers and other employees to repeat themselves. Everyone in there just looked or seemed absolutely miserable the only person that was pleasant was the girl at the register who also even seemed annoyed with how everyone was acting!! I love chipotle but I think I’m going to take my business elsewhere.

Horrible experience here. I had to wait for food to be prepared even though it was an online order. Food was prepared incorrectly and missing ingredients. Ordered chips and was told they’re out of them when I picked up the food (was told to call Chipotle to get a refund). The store/counters inside were not clean….overall probably the worst Chipotle I’ve been to.

Not enough workers, waited a while. Guacamole had an overdose of jalapeño peppers, ice machine was dead on arrival, apparently, cleaning tables is the job of patrons.
