JUST GO TO SPRINGFIELD! I went here before & was extremely disappointed the first time but they had just opened so I figured I would give them another try since they’re closer to my house. I go & they give me the smallest burrito ever! They’re so stingy with their portions. Then I asked the cashier for a water cup. She tells me they don’t have water cups then proceeds to give me two water cups & charges me for two smalls. When I began to complain another worker came over & explained to her that the cups she gave me were water cups (which are free) She ended up fixing her mistake but I wonder how many people she charged during her shift for courtesy cups. No music playing, no friendly staff just dark and gloomy energy! Very disappointed again never returning!

UPDATE 4/02/2023- I went back here for the 2nd time tonight to give them another try I ordered in the app, DONT DO IT AND DONT COME HERE! These little girls working in here CANNOT READ, I had half my order missing, on top of that they were so stingy with portion of whatever they did put even when I asked for (EXTRA).

Ordered my food then 4 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered I got an email that they canceled my order. No reason why and it has been an ongoing fight just to get my money back absolutely disgraceful. Then I go to the store and see the condition of the store and I feel like I dodged a bullet lol but still fighting for my refund of over $50. Buyers beware once they get your money no hurry to give it back.

Waited 40 minutes in the driving lane, they didn’t start making my food until I pulled up to the window and no one had on gloves or a hair net. I got chips and queso (which I also had to remind them about) and there is probably about 5 chips in my bag. Overall poor experience and I hope they can improve from this feedback.

After reading all of the reviews, I should have known better…anyway, I gave them a try and Never Again!!! When I walked in, it gave red flags (many customers standing around waiting for their orders). They said that they are only taking online orders. It had to be literally 12 ppl waiting to receive their food. Why couldn’t they have just made the orders accordingly and the place would have been empty. What is the point of only taking online and you can’t even get regular made to orders correct. I hope this place survive!!!

BEWARE: no matter what you order , They never put everything in order and you won’t know until you get home ! The first time after I had to go back ,the manager told me when they run out of ingredients they just put what they have ., INEXCUSABLE!! !!! When we are paying for items we do not get and they dont let u know . A second time , I opened my food before I left and still had food item’s missing. When spoke to the manager he went back and gave me the items …. And a very little bit like they are stingy and rationalizing their food . This is the only one that I have experienced this way . So beware unless u want to just pay for rice .. that’s all they really give you at this location in Holmes, PA .

Fast, quick, clean, no issue at the restaurant/takeout. But do have an issue with the app. I clock on to get the 600point. Than i clicked place order or Start order. Completed my order and paid , went to pick up my order. And never Recieved the 600 points . Imivr just been given only 99 points. What’s the deal?

I was excited for this new and closer place to my home but I went there twice and everyone was not professional, food portion were extremely low, and they said they only taking online orders.. online order said it would be ready by 8 and why are we still waiting for our food? Total waiting was 1 hour and 15 minutes since placing the order.. like wth is going on? If they don’t do anything about this, this location will fail miserably. I’ll take the extra 10 minute drive to Springfield.. I’d take quality any day over convenience. DONT BOTHER GOING HERE! All of the reviews speaks for itself!!

How hard is it to get an order correct. I just ordered delivery and never received any of my food items. I just received the (2) soda I ordered. I call the dasher and he said it was only one bag. So I called the store what a joke. So I used their stupid online bot PEPPER and they sent me 2 free bowls and 2 free chips and queso. I guess no one works over at this restaurant because in order for the food to be free they would have to refund me what they did not deliver. I think they should close this store down because no one seems to care.
