Worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to in my life. Do not order through the app, my pickup time was 7pm and they didn’t even start the food till 728p ; when they handed me the food not even a “ sorry for the wait “ there’s no leadership no manager organizing things and the main line cleared out 3-4 times while piles of people still hadn’t gotten their pickup order. Got my drink and there was no ice in the ice machine and I couldn’t even get anyone’s attention to tell them, the entire dining area is disgusting and never ever cleaned. I’m 99% sure they clean it once at the end of the night only. Lastly and most concerning I watched the prepper open a bag of tortillas with their mouth , stuck the bag in, and then likely the contents touched a portion of that bag as she removed the contents.

I like Chipotle in general. It’s my favorite fast food restaurant so the food is good no matter what. This Chipotle however has slow service and is always dirty. They tables have trash on them and counters aren’t consistently wiped down. The floors in the food prep area are not kept clean as well.

Food was just horrible. I got two bowls and they both were horribly cold. Everything was just cold….. they did not have anymore fajitas peppers, brown guacamole, no black beans, and no chicken. I got 2 veggie bowls and was just unsatisfied with both. A complete waste of money and this location really needs to be reported. I did not see one freshly cooked dish being made to replace dishes that had ran out.

It’s chipotle! The staff was friendly and efficient. All ingredients and were fresh. Don’t forget that you basically always roll the dice when ordering online due to Chipotle’s ordering situation. I saw a few ppl waiting for their online orders when I was in line.

This place is a disgrace! What I ordered online was NOT received. This place NEVER has blackbeans, corn, or anything besides RICE! We paid for a whole bowl full of stuff…and got RICE! JUST RICE. Are you hearing me…just RICE! Never again!!!

I came in to get lunch. I only have cash or Apple Pay and the system was down. Ii ask to speak with the manager. The manger never came out. Then I asked for chips and queso for the inconvenience. The worker said no. Good customer service just isn’t a thing anymore huh.

My veggie burrito had meat, and white rice instead of brown. One end was just sour cream. I opened it up, and the other end was just guacamole. The meat in a veggie burrito was the major sticking point though. Meat upsets my stomach. I couldn’t eat this burrito.
